I contacted the hotel for an early check-in and was given a green light. But when l arrived at the hotel, l was told to pay 30 or 50 k Dong per hour for the extra early check-in hour. Then l asked why you granted me when we're in contact. This is not about the money but principles of words. At the end l was granted an early check-in but given a room WITHOUT a window instead. No drinking water provided. Restorants and groceries shop 10 minutes walk.Personally I will not coming back again.

The room was clean, air cond worked, fan too, window opened onto a noisy street but then you are in District 5
near Chinatown.
There was no complimentary bottles of water unless you asked for it. The owner is friendly and bought us breakfast.

It was good value for money and the staff was very friendly. It's inconvenient because there are no restaurants or massage shops nearby.
