Overall experience was not bad, but the air conditioning in Room 102 was significantly inadequate. Even set to its lowest setting, the room remained warm, making for uncomfortable sleep.

I was moved to this room, and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The room was not only uncomfortably small but also had a terrible, persistent odor that made staying there unpleasant. The bed was poorly maintained, creaking loudly with every movement, which made sleeping difficult. On top of that, the noise from the surroundings was constant and disruptive, adding to the frustration. This room fell far below any reasonable standard of comfort and quality. If you’re considering booking this room, I strongly urge you to reconsider—there are far better options available that won’t leave you feeling regretful about your choice.

I stayed here for three nights in a very good, spacious room. The room was large and everything was fine, except for the water pressure, which was extremely slow! It made it hard to enjoy my shower. Also, the water would sometimes heat up unexpectedly while set to cold, possibly due to a pipe issue.

Terrible, customer service are not good speak in english they will add you money, dont book to this hotel their staff not goood

The room was a bit noisy as it is right next to the party street. The kettle was damaged so I could not use it to make tea or coffee. The receptionists can speak English a little bit. The lift can be a bit slow so you may have to wait a little longer than at another hotel to go upstairs. They sometimes ask to wait when customers check out to "check the room". This is an unusual procedure in Vietnam and it can take over 5 minutes. This can be an issue if you are in a hurry. If you are interested in partying, it could be the right location for you. Otherwise, there are better hotels and better locations for the same price.

We checked in quite late, so we didn't immediately notice how terribly dirty everything was in room 502. The walls and curtains were filthy. There was a clump of someone's hair on the shower head. The toilet is positioned between two walls, making it difficult to rest your knees properly, making it uncomfortable to sit. The window overlooks the pedestrian street, making it very noisy at night. Overall, the room is very small, but that's not a problem. The initial problem was small ants and bugs. And with each passing night, we started seeing more and more critters in the room, namely cockroaches. On our last evening, when we returned to our room, we opened the door to see several cockroaches scurrying in different directions. The room is cleaned daily, but please note that they are not responsible for any missing items. We carried all our valuables with us, but it was annoying to see that someone had rummaged through the closet and the backpack that was there while we were gone. There is a 7-11 and a park with an underground market nearby.

The location is conveniently located on Pham Ngu Lao Street. The hostess was very friendly and even let us check into the room early. The surrounding living facilities are convenient. There is a self-service laundry across the street and a 7-11 downstairs. There are many restaurants nearby, and even long-distance buses are nearby.

The owner was very friendly, proactively leading me to my room and showing me how to use the appliances. He was also very helpful in answering my other questions.
