The hotel changed the name for Raddison Orchard hotel and is almost impossible to find with the new name, and it is impossible to give bad reviews, but the hotel is terrible. Mold everywhere in side the room bathroom. I can't believe the hotel got a TripAdvisor rewards as a Traveller choice in 2022. It is looking like the hotel only changed the name to stop to receive bad reviews

The hotel is a scam since the photos uploaded are mislead. Neither the hotel foyer nor the room meets the photos shown in the website. The room is not the one I booked. Besides , room is smelly, dirty and noisy. When I asked them for a refund they refuse it. Stay away from this hotel.

The hotel is a scam. The scheme is like this: 1. You book accommodation on Booking/Agoda. 2. Upon arrival, they tell you that payment in advance by card did not go through - pay on the spot. 3. You pay, leave a $20 deposit and go to your room. 4. You discover that the room is old and terrible. You ask at the reception for a refund. They refuse - ask to contact booking 5. booking says that since you paid at the hotel, only the hotel can return the money 6. There is no point in calling the police. It doesn't help tourists. 7. You try to leave a review about a hotel, but your reservation is cancelled. Why didn't you get your money back? P.S. If you stay here, you won’t get $20 back when you leave. It turns out that there was a whole minibar there, and you just drank it all. The photo shows a hotel manager in black. She laughed all the time while we were arguing. They have a proven scheme for making money.

I didn’t even want to give this place 1 After flight delays we arrived at this dirty hell hole only to be told they had sold our room. The room we booked and had confirmation for a week previous. They said the would move us to another hotel at the same cost. Next hotel another scam lobby full of hysterical customers who were being locked out of rooms. These management photos are totally fake. Avoid at all cost be better off sleeping at the airport !!!!

Terrible experience. Our room AC didn’t work and there were around 30 degrees celsius, we tried to speak with the employees but they didn’t really did anything, they said that we needed to pay a deposit and then the money would be returned to the card and then on the check-out they said the money was cash. The first day the building went out of electrical power. There were no towels in our room in the two days. We had to ask them and the last time they said they didn’t have towels. Really don’t recommend.

they make you change hotels so you end up with two charges, both hotels don't match the photos. the only thing they do is ask for your passports and from then on you will have no more answers, stay away from this hotel

This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed where I considered checking out even though we’re paid to move elsewhere. It’s nothing like the pictures. When we arrived they had overbooked and moved us to their sister hotel. That wasn’t good windowless room and we asked to be moved back for our second night. With hindsight we should have stayed where we were. Lift so tiny I found it claustrophobic and stairs blocked full of stuff.
