Jasmine Hotel

We booked a deluxe room but got a dump with mold and cockroaches. The room smelled like mold so bad they had 3 Glade air fresheners to attempt to mask the smell. Had to complain at reception to get the actual room we paid for.

I had a wonderful stay at Jasmine Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made my stay really relaxing. I especially want to mention the receptionist, who was very kind and helpful, she even helped me carry my heavy luggage up and down, which I truly appreciated (haha!). Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This is one of the most accommodating hotels that I’ve ever been to. The staff is warm and friendly and they always make sure that your concerns are heard. They even allowed us to leave our belongings in the premises after checking out as our flight is in the evening. They even allowed us to take a bath even if we are no longer checked in. This is by far one of my most unforgettable stay! Thank you for making our stay comfortable, clean, and cozy!

Good thing they just put me near the 1st floor and it was the first room you see from the outside - Queen room. The place is remarkably quiet. The room has basic amenities: aircon, free bottled water, small fridge, hair drier,free shampoo and soap in bottles and hot shower!! I'd recommend it for short stay - for me it was around 4 days. Wifi has a decent connection from Viettel. It's good if you're not "maarte" and a budget traveller. Room cleaning is every 2 days. I arrived like almost 1 am and there's someone at the lobby. Hotel is like on the narrow alleyway so you have to be dropped off along the highway or on the wider road if you booked a grab car. You can walk a lil bit further till you see it. Thanks for accommodating me!

The check-in and check-out process is quick. The receptionists are friendly. The amenities provided are quite complete. The hotel is located in an alleyway and close to the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Good plce to stay for solo traveller. Cozy room and comfortable bed. Very good location, walking distance to many atractions.

1) Staying in this same hotel on my return trip from Vung Tau, but this time at 2nd floor. Found it is queiter than my last stay at 4th floor, with faint music from the bars, but without direct sun light. 2) The hotel was fully booked, so I stayed at hotel nearby, they are very small and without windows. Luckily able to stay here again, feel at home 😁 3) Many restaurants nearby and easy to catch bus to / from airport. For those who enjoy happy hours, this is the best place, where you can sleep without bustling noise from the bars. 4) The Sai Gon bus terminus is walking distance from hotel, so no problem at night to catch bus back to hotel. 5) Many tour operating companies nearby, easily arranged for my tour to Mekong Delta one day tour etc.

Bed wasn't the comfiest but tbh it will do. Great location and even though your so close to walking street it's so quiet.
