The hotel was pretty decent, a lil bit old but well maintained. The location was superb, just minutes away from shopping spots and halal eateries. But make sure to check with the hotel because you may be confused with the other hotel with the same name. Overall we really enjoy our stay.

You know what?! Tough looks like a 2stars hotel but this hotel is amazing! Really near to ben tanh market and others location such as saigon center, saigon square, worry free you can just walk and enjoy the traffic of HCM. Staffs are helpful, room is clean, almost perfect with a very good price. Thank you very much. Please consider this hotel as it is strategic location !

The location is incredibly convenient, truly close to everything, including many famous spots. The price is also very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It's definitely worth staying here. I'll certainly be back next time and highly recommend it to everyone!

The location was fine. However, on the last day, there was a power outage, so I couldn't charge anything, and the air conditioning didn't work. The view is of a plaza, but it's under construction, so don't expect much.

Overall our stay six nights at Song Anh 3 hotel was a convenient stay even though some disturbing noise at night from construction site near by which was not unavoidable, but staff members are very helpful on all matters we contacted, cleanliness and facilities are all up to standard and very close to transportation options including newly opened MRT railway Station . Would like to thank trip com and hotel staff made our stay memorable in Ho chi Ming city.

The hotel was acceptable overall. The price is cheap and the location is very convenient, close to many places. The room was clean enough, though not spotless. Nothing special, but good value for the money if you’re just looking for a place to stay.

We arrived late at night and chose a budget-friendly hotel since we only needed a place to sleep. As I was traveling with my parents, we needed to rest as soon as possible. When we arrived, we had to wait for check-in, but the staff seemed flustered and did not proceed with the process. It turned out that there were no rooms left in the hotel, so they offered to transfer us to another hotel, Song An Hotel. By that time, it was already midnight, and my family was exhausted and frustrated. We felt shocked and upset, but seeing the staff doing their best helped ease our frustration a little. I wasn’t sure if the new hotel had the same room conditions as the one I originally booked, but unfortunately, it was located in front of a market, making it very noisy. The soundproofing was poor, and we could barely sleep for four hours before having to leave the hotel. Aside from the staff being very kind and doing their best to help, the overall stay was uncomfortable and disappointing.

i booked and paid online with Song Anh 3 hotel with window. But when i reached the hotel, i was given a room without a window, telling me all window rooms fully booked. I was surprised and upset with the lady at counter. Instead a young man at counter was kind enough to offer me to stay at Song Anh 1 hotel at another location nearby which is more expensive. However during first night there, i could not sleep soundly because the 2 pillows were hard and has a strange terrible perfume smell on them which irriated me alot. I had to use a towel to cover them. Also the kettle was dirty inside with something like noodle was sticked on its base. That leave me without any hot water to drink. At 5.30am the next day, I could hear outside my room, some women walking up and down the staircase, talking loudly along the way, children shouting and playing outside my room. I stayed on 6th floor unit 602. It was a terrible nightmare and I decided to leave this hotel the next day. It is not worth the high price to pay for.

The hotel has such a lovely location for customers to stay for a short time in HCMC.

Is very budget hotel. Cleanliness is acceptable. Furnishings is old but clean.

Nothing special about this hotel or room. They provide 3 bottles of shampoo and no form bath. When when to counter to request, they says they will send up to the room. But after 3 nights, still none at all. Location is good as opposite Ben Thanh market and walking distance to many monuments, sight-seeing spots. That all

The crew at the front desk is not serious on thier work tha to the customers. They prioritze thier cell phone playing than to the customers.
