I stayed at the hotel for one day to meet a friend, I arrived very early, but there is no early check-in, only a fee for each hour, which is very unpleasant, they say that the room is occupied, but in fact there are not many people in the hotel, but I had to pay and check in earlier. Not very clean, long hair in the bed, torn towels, a lot of dust.
Pros: very good location if you want to look at the busiest street.

Right in the middle of D1, everything is available on this street. Two rooms per floor. Lift available. Small but comfortable rooms and decent bathrooms. All types of Restaurants and shopping within available distance. We found two Indian restaurants nearby and a Vegan cafe. Tour operators pick you up from your homestay. Owner is good but very strict with early checkin or late checkout (he wants more money. Buy your water, beer etc from the street (it is a lot cheaper). No breakfast or coffee/tea available in the room. Hot water kettle is there.
