Goood location clean room staff service friendly. Hotel near many restaurants and amenities

Wonderful hotel to stay in HCM. The location is perfect for travels to Ben Thanh Market, Takashimaya, Saigon Square, Taka Plaza and Russian Market where you will be doing most of the shopping. There are many restaurants and cafes around the restaurant that will take care of your meals. Most importantly are the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. From the moment you stepped into the hotel, Manager Trong Huynh and his staff Ms Lucia Tu are always smiles and helpful with any requests (e.g., tours, recommendations for restaurants, taxi reservations, etc). Furthermore, the breakfast is also great with different options that change everyday. The manager/supervisor Bong Iris and his team of Bella and Donna ensures that the facilities are kept clean and food plentiful. I would highly recommend your stay for HCM and you cannot go wrong with this hotel!

Excellent location especially if you’re a Muslim traveller, it’s a two minute walking distance to Halal street where you can find many halal restaurants. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and decent size. They have vegetarian options for the breakfast buffet. We asked them to clean the pan before making our omelettes to not have any traces of bacon and they were accommodating. Will definitely book this hotel again

The rooms are ok, breakfast choices not bad. Very near Ben Than market. Just that it was abit noisy coz the road in Vietnam are always busy. 🤪 I would like to compliment the reception. My check in and check out was wonderful and Edward the reception he was always smiling and friendly. He speaks good English and explains the room upgrade very clearly. He made our day. 😃😃

Awesome hotel within walking distance of a great location, but the room's bathroom fan is broken

Room as expected. Breakfast was good with enough things to choose from.

Location of hotel was superb and it was near the market and many food places. Hotel service was outstanding and the staff were very attentive and prompt to your needs. Just take note that it is under central cooling system and the walls are thinner here. There is a corner room on L11 that is directly under the kitchen, so expect alot of thumping and noise from 5:15am. The complimentary breakfast while basic, was still adequate if you're not overly particular. Overall, i would still highly recommend this hotel and would come back.

Good location. Room decor is outdated but clean and functional. Room is good size. TV, fridge, kettle, hairdryer n aircon work well. Hot water n pressure of shower is good. Bed n pillows are comfortable. Only problem is the smell from the shower curtain which needs a good wash. Breakfast spread is limited.
