Service: This is the third hotel I've stayed at during my trip to Vietnam, and the service was just okay compared to the first two. They seemed much friendlier to Caucasian guests, but when it was our turn to check in, the warm smiles were gone. They did what they had to, but it wasn't a very comfortable experience. Ambiance: I booked a twin room without a window, and there was a sealed-off wooden door in the room, which was a bit eerie. The location is great, right in the city center, making it easy to get to attractions. There are also plenty of convenience stores and other amenities downstairs. The bed was a bit too soft; my back felt tired and sunk in.

The location is very convenient, and it has its own underground parking, which was great for parking my motorcycle. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. ❤

The hotel is very clean, the towels seemed to be brand new. The location is amazing, you can walk everywhere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price.
