Close to an abundance of streets offering anything from food to whatever. Quiet despite tremendous nightly noise from nightclubs somewhat 200 meters away. Remember to rent a room not on the lowest floors , and not on 12th floor neither (6am comes with loud noises as they start preparing for breakfast on 12th floor).
Breakfast is very varied. Personnel is smiling and nice.

The curtain in the bathroom needs to be replaced and the headrest of the bed needs to be dry cleaned!)
Breakfast is poor, but the attitude of the staff in the restaurant did the trick) They are great) and the omelet is gorgeous!
Overall ok, but we have seen more comfortable rooms without a window.
The reception staff is polite!

Vey nice hotel in great location, near to landmarks and close to many restaurants. Great buffet breakfast on the rooftop. Restaurant staff great, cleaning staf great, but some lobby baggage/door staff and some receptionists displayed a complete lack of professional standards on a couple of days. A group of about six of them played cards for money for quite a few hours on the seats in the lobby which are meant to be for the guests. They were quite loud at times and during this time completely ignored guests leaving and entering via the main entrance, no help with doors and some even had to carry their own luggage to their rooms!

Good accomodation at good price. Very confortable location for walking distance, wide rooms, clean and great breackfast on the rooftop, with a view on the city. Staff very gentle always at disposal for any needs

Its exquisite furnishings, amenities, and services left me in awe. It's well worth it at their price range and comes highly recommended for anyone wishing to spend the night in Ho Chi My. The best aspects of my stay were the cleanliness, the attentive staff who were always available to help, and the ideal location—close to Ben Thanh market, Bui Vien Walking Street, etc.—I will most definitely be back.

The breakfast bar is the best. So much to choose from. I wish I was hungrier in the morning because they had everything from breakfast to early lunch. The restaurant is on the top of the hotel which gave us beautiful views of the city in the morning. Nice rooms and cold air conditioning made our stay really great. Great service too.

Awful, awful, awful, place - avoid like the PLAGUE. Arrived and the place smells awful, beds unclean. Then as I try to leave the room the door won't open. After being trapped in the room for a while, I realize I can contact reception. They are slow and unresponsive and ultimately can't fix the problem. After finally getting out they regretfully agree to allow me to change room. Later that evening, I realize I lost the room card. My problem, I know. When I go to the desk for help apparently there is a fee of 20 dollars for replacement (WHICH WAS NOT CLEARLY LISTED ANYWHERE), despite being able to see a large stack of available replacement cards. The lady insists upon being payed in cash (presumably so she could pocket it) and when I say I don't have enough she regretfully allows card. However, the exchange rate is awful and basically theft. I then have to leave the hotel and walk down the road to the cockroach infested ATM, to be charged an extra 60000 dong withdrawal fee, where I am unable to withdraw the right amount, leaving me stuck with a further 20 dollars of unusable currency as I am leaving the country the following day. All totaled up this awful hotel took hours of my day and imposed a hidden financial cost equal to that to staying in the hotel for two nights for a scrap of plastic. Again, DO NOT COME HERE.

This hotel is a very odd one, I've been to quite a few hotels in vietnam but this one just wasn't good. The receptionist is arrogant AND ignorant and doesn't speak well to you . The rooms had nothing exceptional so don't expect much, you get a room with a bed and toilet which are both average We were a group of six so we had 3 rooms , one of the rooms was given to us without a door Knob as it fell of the minute they entered the room this room didn't even have a working Aircon. Overall I wouldn't rate this hotel much . If you are on a tight buget only then should you go for this hotel .

Stopped at this hotel on two separate occssions whilst in hcmc. Hotel staff friendly and spoke good English helped us with some travel arrangements.. Tried to sell trips though instead of pointing us to local by station. Went to go ch ming tunnels on local bus 1.5hrs 60p and easy caught the bus back from outside attraction. For me the breakfast was the highlight. Although bar and breakfast room are the same room. Photo on website shows cocktails etc ( almost photo shopped)
