Excellent location near the coach stop and breakfast is good also. Staff allowed to check in early.

Very nice

We booked 3 nights in standard room with windows, but the window facing into the stairwells, so it really is a room with no windows. Anyway, the bed and room is fairly comfortable once we get used to the room. There is enough shelf and cupboard to store and put away your stuffs that you don't feel clutter. This is a family owned mini hotel type, that are looked after reasonably well by the owner. The hotel is right opposite Takar plaza with clean and air-conditioning food market. Complementary Breakfast is typical eggs and baguette or noodle soup with Vietnamese coffee. I would pay more to get triple room with actual windows an more spaces, if we want to stay on pham ngu lao Street.

The room is spacious, the window is large and even opens. It's a bit noisy, though. The linens are generally clean, but quite old. There were always ants crawling on the small bed (there weren't any on the large one). Overall, it's a good hotel, great value for money. The staff is friendly. There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby.

The location is good, close to a convenience store with plenty of food options. The room is clean and cheap, not too cramped. It would be even better if there was a hair dryer. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a good location, right near Pham Ngu Lao Street, which is very lively. There are many restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. There is also a convenience store, and it is not far to take a taxi for daily commuting.

I recommend the hotel for accommodation, it is located in the very center of district 1 on Pham Ngu Lao street. Clean, cozy hotel and polite staff. On the streets nearby there is everything: exchange, SIM cards, laundry, cafes, shops, excursions and a clothing market opposite with pleasant prices, ATMs, park

Nice view, but very noisy, hard to sleep at night. At 5am I could hear cleaning noises 🙂↔️ if it was soundproof it would be good

The flight is early, we wrote to the hotel about early check-in, since we are leaving in the evening, we were offered only 2 hours earlier than usual, you can leave your luggage. We checked in after 12 o'clock, the room is small, but has everything you need. All the iconic places are within walking distance, good location
