Ho Chi Minh is a city full of energy and activity. Diamond Luxury Hotel was ideally located so we could easily find all the sites.The staff were very helpful and friendly. They arranged taxis for us at good prices. Be careful of getting a taxi on the streets . We were heavily over charged.
I'd encourage everyone to go to the War Remnants Museum and learn how badly the Americans treated the people. They are quietly disgraceful.
Diamond Hotel has a thumbs up from us. It's wonderfully clean and bright.

The photos make this hotel look nice but it is not what you expect. It is very old fashioned and has poor amenities. The towels were clean but the bathroom was terrible. The only plus was its location we spent as much time out of the hotel as possible. If you are a westerner don’t bother it will disappoint you very much. Worst hotel on our trip.

It was easy to get to. It was close to Ben Thanh Market.
The room was spacious and clean.
All the staff were friendly
I liked the quick response and friendly explanation to my questions.
They even called a taxi on the day of my arrival and informed me of the amount in advance.
I moved without worry
I think I will go again on my next visit.

The location is great, and the service from the merchants is very friendly. It's just that the hotel entrance is very small and it's at the back of a hotel, so it's a bit hard to find. The room size is okay, but the room type is a bit strange. Average value for money.

Good balance between price and location. The hotel is located close to the city center, Ben Thanh Market, and the Fine Arts Museum. A great option if you’re looking for a nice place on a medium budget (not luxury!). As is common in Vietnam, the receptionists were very nice and friendly!
