Amazing experience

The location of the hotel is excellent, very accessible to the main Ninh binh attractions by bicycle (free to borrow from the hotel) or by Grab (very cheap and friendly drivers). The surrounding area was really beautiful. However, we weren’t impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the service of the hotel in general. The breakfast was disappointing and didn’t feel like a hotel experience, and management didn’t set a particularly high standard for being attentive to their guests (for example, the room was dirty when we arrived and this was not corrected after we informed them, our room wasn’t made up when we requested for it to be and we weren’t asked at any point how our stay was). If you are solely after a beautiful location then we would highly recommend, and maybe in the dry season the comfort of the room would be less of a focus (we encountered a lot of rain and were disappointed there wasn’t anywhere to sit around the hotel during this).
