Very friendly stuff, you live with a family in their place. The room was spacious, air cond warked good, all clothes were not wet! Food was delicious. Not far from the main activities.

Chị chủ và 1 bạn nam nhân viên thì siêu siêu thân thiện, nhiệt tình, niềm nở. Tiếng Anh của bạn nam rất giỏi.
Nhưng mà bạn nhân viên nữ phục vụ bữa sáng thái độ kì cục. Mang đồ ra không đúng với thực đơn khách chọn. Khách phản ánh thì đáng lẽ phải xin lỗi trước rồi tự kiểm tra lại với chủ. Đằng này lại bảo khách tự đi mà nói với chị chủ đi.
Nếu không phải vì những người khác rất tốt thì chắc mình cho 1 sao vì cái thái độ của bạn nhân viên đấy.

Hannah & Tony are delightful and helpful. I strongly recommend this amazing homestay. The room was great, the setting is exquisite and the value tremendous. I loved sitting outside my room in the chair, reading and drinking a beer. The breakfast and dinner food were excellent too. Last comment: I had a 6:30 am pickup and Hannah made me a to-go breakfast for the journey. Truly heart-led hospitality!

Our stay at Mountainside homestay & cafe was everything and more than we expected. When we arrived our host sat down with us and reviewed a map of everything you can do in Ninh Binh, distance, recommendations, etc. Breakfast was provided every morning (you choose your meal the night before) and they also have quality bikes for you to use free of charge. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a coffee pot, tea, and coffee - all for a great price & an amazing waterfront/mountain view. The family was warm, welcoming, and helpful in all aspects. The location is tucked away so you really feel you are getting a local experience while you are a short bike ride or motorbike ride away from Tam Coc & Ninh Binh attractions. A new restaurant with great atmosphere and food opened up next door when we were there, while there are a few more in the area. Wonderful experience :)

We love staying here and have even extended our time this visit. We highly recommend it, and it is excellent value for money. It is so peaceful, and clean, with a lovely pool and pretty grounds, with plenty of deckchairs to sit in. The room we had is big and spacious, very well kept, with very super comfortable beds, good a/c, and we slept well. They rent good mountain bikes which we had all week. You have a good choice of breakfast, and tea, coffee, juice. Thank you for a wonderful stay !!! Staying here really added to our time in this area.

I had a brilliant stay at Ninh Binh Mountain Side Homestay & Cafe! The couple who run the place, Hana and Tony, are adorable and did everything to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, there's a nice swimming pool, and the location is great, only 10 minutes away from the Trang An river boat tour departure and in a very quiet area. They provide bicycles for free and you can also rent a scooter for a fee, which is very convenient. For the price I paid, the experience was fantastic. Highly recommended.
