Perfect location in Hobart city. Near everything, just one thing, parking is not free, the price is not cheap per night. Quite inconvenient if u rent car.

The place was in a great location but the staff was rude and not welcoming or helpful everything came at a cost even just new towels. It seemed like a big ask when we asked for two pillows as we only had two on a big bed . If it wasn’t for the reception being so rude it would be a pretty nice place to stay

It’s below average place, we booked it thought just a night to spend but rooms were made out of one bedroom to devide in family rooms. No space to walk around and very old place. In night it’s very scary to walk around with family due to lot of junkies and drunk’s waking around. At the end it doesn’t loook like as pictures

Comfortable, small but very cozy room for family. Small fridge was useful. Good use of room space to make it comfy for parents and kids. Excellent location in town close to cafes and Woolies. Good onsite parking to

Clean enough. Outdated rooms and the bathroom could be a little bit more maintained. However, the location was fantastic.
