1 Bedroom Apt Hoboken - Close to NYC/MetLife - Fifa

This was my second stay at Michael's lovely home and it remains exceptional. Location is amazing (both Hoboken and easy access to NYC). Place is very comfortable and has everything you need. Michael responds very quickly to any questions. I will definitely be back on my next Hoboken visit. Five stars all around!

This Hoboken basement apartment was in a perfect location for easy access to NYC. The bus stop for the 126 bus to the PABT was conveniently a block away. Plenty of restaurants and markets nearby within a few minutes walk. We had all the conveniences needed for our 2 week stay. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea and other basic supplies such as sugar, paper towels, and plastic storage containers.. The dishwasher was an added bonus. It was easy to do a quick load of laundry when needed in the washer and dryer. The bed was comfy. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this urban apartment. We could hear the upstairs neighbors and their pets. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed walking everywhere.

Fabulous location, host was very communicative and responsive.Everything was as pictured and as outlined.Definitely recommend, would stay again if visiting NYC

Cozy, peaceful basement apartment with everything we needed for a comfy stay. Michael is a kind and caring host. Convenience store on the corner, food everywhere and easy access to Manhattan on NJ PATH bus & train system.

My husband and I were in Hoboken for two weeks visiting family and chose this apartment. It was reasonably priced and turned out to be a gem in the heart of Hoboken one block off Washington Street (where the majority of the shopping and dining is). We only had to walk 10 mins to get just about anywhere in Hoboken. The bed was a queen sized bed and comfortable. Michael was responsive to our requests and helped our stay go smoothly. There was also a back patio that was super cute but since we visited during the high heat/humidity sitting outside was not in the cards for us.

Property was clean and a ideal location for my needs. Owner was very responsive to my requests and solved the issues quickly. Very nice and would recommend it.

Great Unit in Hoboken We spent tine in Hoboken and NYC. This was a great location for both. Easy access to the bus and the PATH. The unit was great! Clean, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and it was great place to come back to after touring all day. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.
