A wonderful place to stay at. Friendly staff and great food too. A must when you want to breakaway for a weekend or so. It’s in the wildlife area so perfect for a walk or drive to see animals. Definitely recommend this place.

Ukuthula bush lodge was the best lodge we have ever stayed in with my wife and two daughters 6yr old and a 12yr old. Fabian and the staff were so kind,friendly and helpful.We enjoyed everything from the food,the comfortable beds,the outdoor shower and the pool. We definitely recommend this place for anyone who would like to experience the tranquility in the bush.

The place is a breath of fresh air, gorgeous is even an understatement. The place was definitely clean. we came late but the host waited for us which was nice. Friendly staff, good food would definitely come back.

We booked three nights at Ukuthula and we had an amazing stay. The staff were super kind and adequate, they made us feel like a king! The manager there was extremely friendly and communicative, she is absolutely a surplus for the business! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the view from the room is stunning! The surrounding is quiet, scenic and beautiful. So don’t hesitate to book this place for a couple of nights when you in Hoedspruit.

Our first trip to the area and we have found our ideal place to stay. We will definitely be back. Well situated for exploring the area and close to Kruger so it is a great stop over for either Phalaborwa or Orpen gates. Loved the Breakfast and would have loved to try the dinners.

Many thanks to our hosts for this wonderful 6 days! Everything was perfect : the lodge, our room, the food & the endless talks around the boma. The reserve & its friendly animals are accessible on foot to offer à unique experience!

The place was pretty impressive, secluded, all natural environment with wild life roaming freely. The host was attentive and very informative and the staff was friendly. Highly recommended place for family or a romantic get away.

We stayed at Ukhutula to visit the central park of Kruger national park. The lodge is very well managed and maintaned and the owner is very kind and helpful. The position is good to visit the central part of kruger national and blyde river canyon. I reccommend this place.

Fabian and his wife picked us up at the airport and on our way to the hotel we did some sightseeing in their small reserve ! There we saw the first giraf ! Welcome was very friendly , the room fantastic - a wonderful garden with pool - we had a lovely candlelight diner and tasty breakfast in the morning before going on our way to explore more of the Kruger park area which we fell in love with . We will definitely return !
