The Baochen Smart Select Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and odorless, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and patient, proactively recommending local eateries and routes. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making it easy to explore and get around. The facilities are excellent, with plenty of hot water and fast Wi-Fi; every detail shows their thoughtfulness. The value for money is incredible! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and have already recommended it to my friends!

The hotel experience this time was great! The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, the surrounding shopping malls and restaurants are complete, and it is super convenient to travel and eat. The facilities are very new, the air conditioning in the room is fast, the Wi-Fi signal is full, and the quality of toiletries is also good. The service is super intimate, the front desk check-in is fast, and the initiative to help with luggage, and the demand response is timely. Health is nothing to say, the sheets are white and stainless, the bathroom is dry and odorless, and the stay is particularly comfortable!

The vanity mirror is too high; you can't use it if you're not at least 170cm tall.
The main light switch doesn't turn everything off. When you turn on the lights, the curtains open too. You can only control all the lights from one side.
I'm not sure if the USB port or the humidifier is broken. Plugging my headphone charger into the wall USB didn't work, and the humidifier didn't turn on either.
Then there's the toilet light. It keeps flickering. With the toilet lid open, the bathroom flickers with blue light. With the lid closed, the toilet itself flickers blue.

The prices are reasonable, offering excellent value for money, and it's always safe and well-equipped. Spotting this hotel in any unfamiliar area instantly puts me at ease. The special Mongolian breakfast in the mornings, along with freshly ground coffee, is such a treat! The late-night snacks are delicious too, and the whole vibe is very welcoming, especially for families. I've already recommended it to my family – it's just so reliable. The rooms are spacious, and the location is fantastic; you can walk to both the museum and the train station.

My stay was peaceful, comfortable, and quiet. My first trip of the New Year was absolutely wonderful! P.S. I tried the red rice rolls at Shang Palace for the first time in my life, and they were amazing!

With both floor heating and air conditioning, it was warm enough to walk barefoot even in winter. They even offer free hot congee late at night, which was both comforting and heartwarming. I couldn't find a single fault with either the service or the facilities. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

XXieyuanyuanAs luck would have it, we all work in the government affairs system, and we naturally developed a good impression before we even checked in! The hotel has a beautiful natural environment, standardized management, and is not far from various scenic spots in the city. The front desk staff who checked in at the Guobin Building 11 were polite, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and responsive. Zhang Yanan, the manager of the housekeeping department, personally sent us to the room, introduced the relevant facilities of the room, and sent welcome fruits. The area in the room is relatively large. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are still well maintained, and there are full of details everywhere, giving people a feeling of being at home. The breakfast is currently a set meal, with a reasonable price and good taste. Next time I come to Hohhot, I will choose Xincheng Hotel.
