The taxi can only drop you off at the intersection, but it's just a short walk from there. The hotel itself is very comfortable. The front desk staff were concise, friendly, and patient. The room had no strange odors and boasted a fantastic window view. The soundproofing was excellent too. Basically, I couldn't find any faults. It was a very comfortable stay.

Best hotel with most amazing staff! If only all hotels would be like Chiem Hoi An. Smth Thailand needs to learn from Vietnam - true hospitality, warmth and English. Will come again and again and will recommend to everyone! A true gem 2 min walk from a wonderful beach!! Exceptional service, location, breakfast!

Such a lovey stay! The staff is incredible and attended to our every need. We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect for us- two full bathrooms, ample space, cutely decorated. Breakfast was superb- way more than we could finish. I loved having the breakfast ready for you when you went down- just be sure to order using the convenient QR code. Also tried out the spa service- one of the best hot stone massages I have had in Vietnam. Overall. 10/10- I will be back :)

A beautiful boutique hotel just a stone’s throw from the beach. The hotel has been open just one year so it is super clean and fresh. The staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This boutique hotel is the best hotel I've stayed at on my trip so far… it impresses with its peaceful location, within walking distance of the beach… the incredibly friendly and highly motivated staff who anticipate your every need… the ambiance and high-quality furnishings of the hotel and rooms, and the delicious breakfast! I will definitely book this hotel again!

I had a wonderful and grateful stay. The staff were all friendly, and the room was comfortable. As other reviews have mentioned, there was a lot of rooster crowing from morning to afternoon. However, the breakfast was satisfying enough to overshadow it, and the location was great. They even celebrated our anniversary, which left a lasting impression.

It was really, really, really good. First of all, the breakfast was a full course meal... ㅠ Coconut coffee, orange juice... banana crepes... and even traditional food... ㅠ I loved it so much. And the pool was really, really nice~~ The room was also so pretty... You can even watch YouTube and Netflix in the room! The alley leading to the hotel and the surrounding area were also really pretty. The staff were super friendly... I'll definitely be back again. ㅠㅠ

We were delighted with the thick blackout curtains—they really helped you sleep well, and the air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature without making any unnecessary noise. The interior is thoughtfully designed down to the last detail: it's clear they've paid attention to style and the small details. The breakfasts are a special treat: a wide selection, everything fresh and delicious. The beach is just a couple of minutes away, which is very convenient. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, and the pool, while not huge, is very pleasant for relaxing after a hot day. Overall, the experience was very positive—we would definitely return.

This is a small, charming hotel, reminiscent of a cafe, nestled in the quiet town of Hoi An. It's not a large hotel, but it's meticulously maintained and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is fantastic. It's not your typical buffet; the food is prepared with care in the kitchen. The coffee was also the best I've had during my six-day trip to Vietnam. I'd love to go again. See you again~

When booking or checking in, it's not stated that the sauna can accommodate a maximum of two people, making it very difficult to use when it's already occupied. Otherwise, highly recommended.
