Perfect holiday get away for family and friends. Staff are so accomodating esp the manager on duty, who gave us another 2 hrs after 12nn check out time. This is 100% recommended for tourist. Breakfast is superb. Good service in all aspects All staff were very polite and accomodating. We had a very memorable stay at this hotel.

This hotel should be rated as 2 star than 4. Very loud and noisy due to house keeping workers before 8 am to 6 pm. Having quiet time is impossible. The breakfast is very limited, may only suitable for vegetarians. Many guests are group tourists.

1) The location is convenient, easy to call and grab, 10 minutes to the ancient city
2) There are not many breakfast options, which is acceptable
3) Although the hotel has been updated, it feels a bit old.
4) There are a few ants and a few mosquitoes in the toilet, but they are acceptable
5) Friendly staff
6) The room is quite large, has a terrace, and has a nice environment

Manager Thao guided us very carefully and took great care of us until the last check-out, so it was a pleasant trip.
We made a reservation for a family of 3, and the room type was upgraded to a quadruple family room.
We rode a bike around Old Town for 2 nights.

The friendliness, cleanliness, location, breakfast, and cost-effectiveness are the best. It is about 2km from the old town, so I used it. It is rather quiet and good for resting. I recommend you get the foot massage at the end. Tao and Vu, the managers at the reception, are very kind.
