KA Villa Hoi An

An absolute gem. We are very experienced travellers and have stayed in the best and the rest. This small, friendly but beautiful place is the best kept secret on the planet.

Stayed at this villa during a 1 month stay in Hoi An. The rooms were lovely, the staff and owners are great and nothing is too much trouble. Smaller Villa setup, extremely clean and well maintained, with a small pool, great relaxing areas, the staff are extremely attentive and can not do enough for you. Yoga studio across the street, 15 minute walk to An Bang main street. Just great and give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Just great little place. Great Spa too !

KA Villa is a beautiful place to stay, with lovely rooms, tranquil garden and great location by the beach. It is also just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town Hoi An. We read that ‘you arrive as guests and leave as family,’ this was our experience too! A huge thanks to Nhung and her team for making us so welcomed and for caring for us during our stay. We will definitely be returning to stay again. x

We loved KA villa and we are sad we only stayed 2 nights. The hotel is just opposite the beach, which is lush and tranquil. It’s a great quiet spot with bars close by. All staff are amazing! They were really kind and helpful in transfers trips and helping with our next accommodation. Rooms are very spacious with safety deposit box,toiletries, hot shower, air con, good WiFi and large bed some have balcony. The main tourist area is 5km away, however you can take a free bike or use Grab app for a taxi. Aprox £1.80 each way. We loved every minute! We had a fab tour of the market and cooking class along with ‘coconut boats’, organised by the hotel. Nhung, helped us contact our next accommodation, for which we are very grateful. Great value for money too! We’ll be back! Thankyou

Excellent service, staff very attentive and so helpful despite the very wet weather we had. Hotel is very well appointed, room was large & spacious, breakfast was good, lovely feel to the hotel, we shall be back when the sun is shining, would definitely recommend this hotel, even just for the service .

I’m very glad our daughter found this property for our 6 night stay in the Hoi An region. Staying at KA Villas worked out so much better for our large family group (7 adults and 3 kids for some of the time) compared to staying at one of the large resorts. The grounds were well-maintained and lovely, and we made much use of the pool. The rooms were spacious and well-suited to family groups. We loved the fresh breakfasts that are included in the rate. The property is located in a nice, quiet street just across from the beach. There are a variety of small restaurants and bars within a very short walk, including a few mini-marts. There was even a place down the road where you could watch the Australian football grand finals live. It was only a short trip from the hotel to the main hub of An Bang beach or into Hoi An old town - there were a couple of guys with new ‘Vinfast’ electric cabs who seemed to be based outside the hotel and we used their service many times. Nhung the owner was lovely and very helpful, as were her staff - I can remember Kim and Toi as well as the guys looking after security. Anyway, this place definitely deserves the great reviews it receives and I can highly recommend it!
