Worst experience ever!!! THIS IS TRUE EXPERIENCE HAPPEN TO ME AND MY FRIEND. WHO STAY IN THIS HOTEL , me and my friends booked a rooms in this hotel i book here tru trip and my friends booked tru agoda , so we have 2 rooms we eat dinner and drink in the tables and chairs nearby swimming pool but theres this 2 Vietnamese guys in the pool side also that time , me and my friends having a good talk and when we go back to our designated room to sleep these two Vietnam boys still there looking at us , the crazy thing is at around 3 am in the morning this one vietnam guy knocking so loud to our room so we panicked and when i call my other friends in the other room they saw these 2 vietnam guys shirtless full of tattoos and outside our room , the guy insisted that he just want to give the charger left in the table but thats not our changer he just making excuse to open our door knowing its 3 am in the morning and we are both girls in the room , we wake up the care taker but he didnt do anything about it and he just let the 2 guys to run away , we know that these 2 guys will planning to do something about us . WE ARE VERY SCARED OF OUR LIFE WHILE THESE HOTEL DINDT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE, it is not safe to stay here for the girls theres no security theres no cctv and this place is located in a local houses the resort itself is very dark at night and local outsider can go inside easily !!! Will never comeback to hoi an because of this We also insist to the care taker that night to call the police but he dont want and instead he just let the guy to go away When we talk in the hotel staff in the morning she asking to us to not review what happened but it should be known by everyone for awareness

I stayed in this hotel in Superior Room with garden view on 3rd floor and I really enjoyed! It's very nice view, comfortable room with big bead and amazing bath tub, normally working hot water and very friendly staff. I recommend to choose the room with garden view, because ik the other side if the hotel there is big road that makes a lot of sound, but on the garden view side it's normal. So I can recommend this place with garden view, and it's also available to take bicycle for ride around the city in daytime for free

Nice place and friendly staff. Just a bit out of the way in hoi an. The room didn’t have a normal shower but a bath tub and a shower head which made you feel like you were getting water all over the bathroom. Comfortable bed!

Very clean and the desk is very helpful I would come again. Slight issue at the check out, we left at 5:20 am and there was no one at the desk to get back our ID, hopefully we get it back somehow.

The hotel location is convenient, the room is quite spacious, because it is a villa, there is no elevator which is quite inconvenient for people with a lot of things like me, the room is not cleaned properly, there are many insects on the bed, there is no landline phone to contact the receptionist.

The hotel has been booked for the second time. It is far away from the ancient city, but it only takes five minutes to drive. The environment is very suitable for vacation travel. The environment is quiet and away from the bustling city. The first choice

A cozy hotel a little far from the city center, 35 minutes walk or 7-10 minutes on Grab. There are minimarkets and a supermarket nearby. Nice area with a swimming pool, the yard is very quiet. The room was old, but clean. Soft bed, clean linen. Every day cleaning. The staff is incredibly polite and every day asks if any help is needed.

The atmosphere is like having fun in the countryside. There was a pool in the yard, so I could swim to my heart's content. Two nights and three days passed quickly.
