The host was very friendly. They have help us on the in n out luggages. Even Tour and transit are available and provide quite a number of recommendations. Not to mention, free bicycles for daily use!

We stayed at Hoi An VI Khoa Villa for one night to explore the Hoi An Old Town. We felt at home. The owners are extremely professional, friendly, and nice. The room is large, tidy, and stocked with toiletries for guests. The bed sheet is so soft. The restroom is clean, spacious with rain shower head. The hotel is a one-minute walk from the night market, where you may ride a boat around the canal in the evening. The check-in and check-out process is simple and speedy. We arrived early and were able to deposit our stuff at the counter, go for a walk, and return. They do provide laundry service (50,000 VND per kg). The exchange money service offers competitive rates. They give a taxi to Da Nang for 300,000 VND. Motorcycle and bike rental are available at the hotel. Please note that there is no elevator so you may need to walk up and down the stairs. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time when I visit Hoi An. Dr. Niwech

Walking distance to Hoi An night market. Safe place no flood. Sadly, the villa doesn’t have elevator, have to climb up to level 3 with our luggage of 20kg. Surrounding area cafe and restaurant 

The location is great and the owners are very friendly. Bed is decently comfortable except the water heater is not hot enough and drainage is not very good

Very good B&B. The room is super big and cheap. The owner’s service is very good. A four-person room is only 1,300 and has a large balcony. It will be my first choice next time I stay there. It’s very good. I like it very much.

Reserved for 1 night but when checking in did not sleep as reserved. The employee informed me that it was full. Gong Yu is the same. But go stay on the opposite side. The staff are lovely, kind, and take good care of you. If you get to sleep as you have reserved, it will be very good.

Accommodation near Hoi An Market, you can walk across the bridge. The room is clean, no smell. The receptionist is good. But there is no elevator.
