View of another hotel that's nicer. Near riverside but no river view.

Considering price.. little bit expensive ..swimming pool I great. But for breakfast I hoe they prepare coffee machine and new toaster machine..not enough food…

✅The Gem Riverside Hotel is a hidden treasure in the quiet but very convenient location to get around anywhere within walking distance like Hoi An old town, The memories of the Hoi An show, Thu Bồn river boat rides, Riverside street foods, and much more. By the way, this hotel is also located in front of the quiet river. ✅we got a warm welcome by the front desk on our early arrival. Miss Mai & Mr. Binh were able to arrange the early check-in of our room at no additional charge. Thanks! ✅The early breakfast was home cooking upon the customer’s request. I love the Mi Quang noodles and fresh rare beef Pho with all the fresh fruits from local markets. 🎈We will go to this Hotel again for sure due to its services and very reasonable price.

Was staying there for 2 nights. Is very near to town and I always walk instead of taking any transport

Pleasant hospitality from the hotel staff. The set back is the location. It is actually hiding at a quiet corner out of all the happening spots. Quite a far walking distance away. Hotel sound proof also bad. You literally hear all sort of noises outside the room.

I thought it was free because bottled water was in the refrigerator. It was free to be outside. I paid for bottled water and left.

A family of 5 had a good rest in front of the pool on the 1st floor There is no free shuttle, but I got around well by walking and riding Grab. Nice atmosphere at the pool at night The room is spacious and the cost performance is good. I had a comfortable stay with good accessibility to downtown Hoi An. I visited You don't even get an extra charge of 11,000 won a day for a kid in a 4-popular room.

I was worried because it was a bit far from downtown Hoi An, but it's just a short walk across the bridge, so the location is good because it's nearby. The room facilities are more spacious than I thought. It is ambiguous to say that it is tidy, but it is clean. But the lobby facilities were... not so good. First of all, there is a breakfast room and a swimming pool in the entrance lobby on the first floor. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, but it is not clean. Among the amenities, the free bicycle rental service was very nice. However, it was a little disappointing that the breakfast buffet was not served and it was served as a la carte. The staff were all friendly and could communicate in English, which was nice. The location is good and I plan to visit again next time.

Located on the outskirts of Hoi An, quiet and newly built, clean facilities. The playground is well-maintained, and if you swim with a beer at night, you can take a good rest.

Great services and very friendly staff. Located in a quieter area but walkable to the center and most attractions. Room is very spaces and clean. Common areas need some updated and attention. Breakfast is very limited but sufficient.

Brilliant place to stay. The staff were great and were great with recommending tours and booked them for us. The Hotel was about a 10 minute walk into town. Highly recommend this Hotel.

The shower had no screen on it so everything got wet in the bathroom when someone showered. Peeling wall paper, damaged flooring. Rooms in need of a refresh
