We had a wonderful stay in this resort. Kids friendly resort they have a kids club, covenient store & a spa. Definitely recommended for families & friends. 👍

The room was fine and bed was incredibly comfortable. Shower would jump from hot to cold many times while taking shower. We love the swimming pool area, amazing to go with kids. They have chairs at the beach as well, but the water was not so clear and clean... We did swimm, anyways, but our body got covered by a brown thing that we have no idea what it was... I hope it was just seaweed🙏 we enjoyed breakfast buffet, but coffee looks like instant coffee, I guess it's normal in Vietnam to offer this kind of coffee. On check out the hotel forgot to give us back the deposit (as we gave cash), and we just remembered about that minutes before our flight, we are still trying to rescue that money. Hope the hotel can get back to our requests. Overall I would recommend this hotel, especially for families!

Nice hotel right on the beach.
Breakfast needs a bit improvement.
The baguettes are not fresh and the egg station is overcrowded and the jam is horrible.

Good efficiency was given by staff miss NHU.
Miss NHU provided us good and efficiency service.
Facility is good ,eg swimming pool.
Helpful and good service is given by 1/F restaurant staff.
Thank you pearl Hoi An hotl gave my family a happiness holiday.

I will never forget the manager, James. In all my years of travel I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of spatial awareness. The rest of the staff are fantastic and I almost booked for an extended trip but that guy James needs psychiatric help.
I will not be back because of him.

Big, outdated resort. The pool area and the beach is ok but my room was quite beaten. The staff, not perhaps lack of willingness but simply due to high number of guests, are no more capable of showing genuine Vietnamese hospitality. If you want an authentic experience, it is definitely the wrong place. The place is 10 min drive out of the old quarter. No big deal. Breakfast is good with lots of options.
