Helpful staff. Quiet environment.

How nice is it to stay at Threeway Villa Hotel! It is located at the riverfront and within 10 minutes walking distance from the old town, which is the signature tourism points of Hoi An. All the staff are very kind and helpful to make our trip to Hoi An successful. Much thanks to them, especially, Ms Tram! I will not hesitate to recommend Threeway Villar Hotel to people. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I have an opportunity to visit Hoi An. 강추!

Had stayed previously, and as before was satisfied with the accommodation. A few hundred metres from Old Town.Rooms are nicely furnished and staff provide servicing every day. This includes replenishing bottled water and coffee. Plenty of space is available, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works rapidly and the bathroom has a partial glass partition to separate the shower. The property has a small pool (4m x8m) which provides cool respite from the unrelenting heat in HoiAn. Overall a very good choice for a low tariff.

The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the free bikes to get around were really nice. We originally booked a standard double room, but the room we found was different from the photos. There was only one window at the head of the bed, and it was not as big as in the photos. We paid extra on the spot to upgrade to a room facing the river. The upgraded room was as beautiful as in the photos, with a good view.

Good location. The staff are very nice. Try to make everything convenient for us. Not far from the old city There are bicycles available for use.

Please read our full experience before deciding to stay here. We stayed at this property in Hội An, Vietnam for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was quite poor from the very beginning. There was no proper welcome, no help with our luggage, and no elevator — which was especially inconvenient for travelers with bags. The receptionist gave us a rundown of tourist activities and strongly encouraged us to book through them, saying they offer the best rates. We were quoted 120,000 VND per person for the basket boat ride and 380,000 VND for a taxi. But when we double-checked online, the actual prices were much cheaper — 90,000 VND for the boat ride and 300,000 VND for the taxi. When we asked them about this, they deflected by saying “different websites have different prices” — even though they had told us their rates were the lowest. As for the room itself, it was not clean. On the first night, we found tiny spider babies crawling on the bed, but we decided not to complain, assuming it might be a one-time issue. But on the second night, things got worse. At 1:21 AM, I saw a centipede crawling across my pillow (we even recorded a video). Thankfully I was awake and hadn’t gone to bed yet. We immediately went to look for help, but there was no staff present at the property. No emergency contact, no one at reception — just silence when we really needed help. When we brought it up the next day, there was no apology, no responsibility taken. They simply said, “We clean the rooms, but these things happen.” That’s not acceptable hospitality. We also requested a bath stopper for the tub, and they promised to leave it in the room while we were out — but once again, it wasn’t provided when we returned. To sum up: • Poor service • Misleading pricing (they try to upsell tours/taxis) • Unhygienic rooms (insects on the bed and no proper pest control) • No staff around during the night in case of emergencies • Unreliable communication and unmet promises Don’t let a pretty view and good reviews fool you — they don’t reflect the actual experience. When you’re visiting a new country, you deserve transparency, safety, and decent service. Sadly, this place offered none of that for our family. I’m sharing this so others don’t make the same mistake we did. There are far better places to stay in Hội An.

Where do I start?? Amazing location riverside and quiet yet a 10-15 minute walk into the old town.. amazing staff who are so helpful and attentive..nothing was too much trouble for tram and the other receptionist..thanks to tram who recommended all the best local places to eat. Can't praise the staff highly enough..from the receptionists to the housekeepers. If you're coming to hoian this is the place to stay

While rooms are comfortable, with good aircon and a lovely bathroom, 2 of the rooms that our party were allocated were very dark. The only light in our room was the glass entry door. As people walk past to get to their room, the curtain had to be shut most of the time. No private balcony. The third room our party got, was lovely, lots of glass, and lovely view and no one walking past! So request a corner room on booking! Breakfast was great, and the ladies on reception were lovely.

Great value for money. The experience is made special by the excellent staff, Hanh and Tram. They went out of their way to look after me and I would come back because of their wonderful welcome and service. I got the family room and it was spacious with a big bathroom and bathtub. Aircon and fridge worked very well. Big TV with lots of channels and internet capability for Netflix etc. Spotless, inviting small pool with loungers downstairs at the front of the hotel was very refreshing. Just keep in mind there is a road between the hotel and the river with the occasional motorbike going past so there is some noise. This did not disturb my sleep at all, however. This is a nice 3 star hotel and very good value for money, and for the central location. Keep this in mind and you won't be disappointed.

· The whole experience with the hotel was fantastic, they booked a pickup for us, kept in touch even before arrival to ensure we were met. We did have 4 people, 1 of whom arrived at a different terminal, though round about the same time. Hanh was our contact and she exceeded expectations for the whole two weeks we were there. All the staff were fantastic and just wanted us to enjoy our stay, with no worries. As we were leaving the owners gave us a gift because we stayed for so long. It was so sweet, completely unexpected and we were very touched. Totally recommend staying in this hotel, it’s the quiet end of the river and just 5 minutes walk to the old town.

Highly recommended accommodation in Hoi An. First of all, I would like to highlight the friendliness of the staff. Hanh and Tram made us feel at home and helped us in every way they could to enjoy our stay in the hotel and to discover the city. The location is good, just a few minutes walk from the ancient town and the room is spacious with comfortable beds at a very reasonable price. You can choose from many breakfasts and they are all delicious. Alojamiento muy recomendable en Hoi An. En primer lugar, quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal. Hanh y Tram nos han hecho sentir como en casa y nos han ayudado en todo lo que estaba en su mano para disfrutar de la estancia y de la ciudad. La ubicación es buena, a pocos minutos andando de la parte antigua de la ciudad y la habitación es amplia con camas comodas a un precio muy razonable. Se puede elegir entre muchos desayunos y están todos deliciosos.
