Fivitel Hoi An Hotel Reviews

We had an alright stay at Fivitel Hotel. I would say that the location is not ideal. It’s a bit far from anything really. The construction opposite the hotel was very disruptive and did ruin the ocean view. The hotel is quite dated and could use a bit of a facelift 😅The room was okay, but super hot if you don’t leave the key card in the room with the AC running! I highly recommend getting at least 2 keycards. The staff were however super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average. Overall not the best value for money but we appreciated the kind staff and short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach.

Right in front of the beach, great breakfast, shuttle to the old city - this hotel offers a great value for money and high quality rooms! Quiet rooms, high quality food and bicycles for free to wonder around the beach. Totally worth it!

Lovely Hotel but a bit cut off. The receptionist was wonderful and went out of her way to help.

good pool. gym corner. close to the beach. helpful staff. good english. breakfast ok. free shuttle to ancient city/oldtown. can recommend.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent—they made sure to clean my room every day and changed the towels regularly. They also have a shuttle service which very convenient and on time. The staff were very helpful and friendly, makes my stay more easy. Thank you so much.

We choose this hotel because of it’s location, right in-front of the beach. It has beautiful view. Sadly we visit here in winter, could not enjoy the sea or swimming. The staff in here are very friendly, helpful. They offer shuttle bus go to the old quarter. Breakfast is variety, delicious. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near the beach.

Pretty far from the old town but there is free shuttle service to/from old town and the beach.

Booked it for our friends- a couple. They said the experience was good. The buffet breakfast was one of their favourites.

We enjoed stating in this hotel though the whole stay was raining but the staff was very friendly and help us to go explore.

Great stay and helpful staff…. Took some time for checking in as the room was not ready but they gave a 30 minute free foot massage complimentary. Nice gesture They have free shuttle service runnjng which is very helpful to travel to city.

Great stay

This is the most impressive value for money hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Service from the front desk, kitchen, security, shuttle, everyone was great!. Beautiful infinity rooftop pool, free cabana at the beach in front of the hotel. They know how to treat customers and make them happy. We even got a 30 minute massage for free, each. Breakfast it’s varied and plenty of options for everyone. Very happy about my stay here. I would definitely recommend it! Keep it up because we definitely be back!
