Wonderful experience at Cozy An This should be your go to when in Hoi An Excellent location, good size rooms with comfortable beds excellent layout Very cClean and quiet room with the very best breakfast I’ve had in Vietnam I also recommend you enjoy lunch or dinner at the hotel as the food is excellent and served in a very pleasant atmosphere Bicycles available at all times allow you to be in old Hoi An in 4-5 minutes The best part of the experience is the staff, every employee is so welcoming, friendly and will make every effort to please…genuine Vietnamese hospitality at its best Upon arrival I was welcomed by Lucy who has been so kind, knowledgeable resourceful and an absolute pleasure to deal with I highly recommend Cozy An and sure hope to visit again!

I have stayed regularly at the Cozy Villas since 2017, for 7 years now, not counting Covid of course and always enjoyed my stays there. The reasons why I really, really like this place are 2-fold: firstly this is a super cool place in a quiet place of Hoi An, but still within easy walking distance from the main centre. There is no traffic to speak off at night and even during the day the place is just blissfully quiet. The second reason are the people there, Nhung, the manager, I have now known for what, 7 years (really??) and she is one of the kindest people in the industry I have ever met. I know when people mention "nice", "kind" or "lovely" they often mean the personal level. And that surely is there. In spades! But she is also and foremost incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. On my last trip, just a week+ or so ago, when she helped me find a trip to My Son that would have eluded my attention. In one word: Fabulous!! Both the place AND the staff!! Will be back next year! I agonized over choosing a spot to stay in Hoi an. Let’s assume you’re in the same spot seeing as you’re reading TripAdvisor reviews instead of spending quality time with your loved ones. So let me make this simple for you. If you’re looking for a peaceful spot within walking distance of old town, this is a perfect place. My wife and I went to bed fairly early while we were here (9-10pm) and had no problem with noise from the night market despite being about 5 mins from it walking. The walls were thin, so if our neighbors were loud that could have been an issue, but we had no problems with that. The breakfast spread was vast and varied day to day - allowed us to micro dose on some local dishes. Staff were lovely to us, gave terrific recommendations upon arrival.

The stay is very pleasant, beautiful, lovely everything and any photos that you see do not do justice to this place. Its way more beautiful than any of the photos. Pros: 1. The hotel is beautiful, the entrance and overall setup was very welcoming and like the name says felt all cozy. 2. The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful and polite. Without asking for it, the receptionist upfront charted out the areas on a map and gave it to us, explained it two times which was very helpful. 3. There are bi-cycles available provided by the hotel which are in pretty good condition with baskets in front. You can just take one and ride along the entire town as you like. 4. Overall aesthetics of the rooms, gallery was very classy with a hint of vintage appeal everywhere. The rooms are big enough with a spacious balcony and well decorated giving a nice classy and ethnic look with silk lanterns, wall decors. All the sanitary equipment like shower, jet, faucets, handles, everything was made of brass; the extra toilet paper roll was wrapped in a beautiful silk cloth bag. 5. We were a group of four people who were the only pure vegetarians but the staff paid extra attention and care and made sure we were fed well. They made food items from the menu (apart from the buffet) especially for us. The arrangement was also done neatly especially veg and non-veg items placement. There was someone always around from the waiting staff to help you. Once again, the staff is very helpful and will guide you with whatever query you have with 120% effort and responsibility. Cons: Absolutely nothing, just perfect.

Cozy Boutique Villa and Cozy Savvy are next door to each other and run by the same people. We stayed in the Villa but had breakfast and used the amazing roof top pool in Savvy. Our bedroom was a lovely size with a balcony, not the greatest view on to some scrubland but still worth having. The staff are brilliant and can't do enough for you, they knew our names and helped with drivers and trips. Daisy was particularly helpful and took lots of time to give us recommendations. It was spotless, air con very effective and the whole place smart and luxurious, especially for the cost! It's a short walk to the old town, so nice and peaceful but still not too far out. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Wish we could have stayed a little longer!

This was our best hotel in a 3 week trip in Vietnam. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, the breakfast is amazing, the location is very convenient to everything but quiet and peaceful, AND the staff is incredibly friendly and truly helpful. Alice gave us very detailed suggestions about the best places to eat, Ann made sure we considered different options for activities, Zoe helped us to retrieve a lost ATM card, and others also provided very prompt support. This is a special hotel!

I cannot praise the team at this hotel too highly. Their attention to detail was superb at every stage and they went out of their way to help me enjoy my visit in the way that suited my tempo (active, with occasional relaxation!) Thanks to the fabulous Hannah, l attended an incredible performance of music and athletic prowess at a unique venue called Lune. The props and the instruments were made of bamboo… It is literally an illuminated dome at night. She also connected me with Tường Tailors, which was a genius recommendation. Special mention too, to the good people who provided all manner of iced drinks and nibbles from the reception/bar area. The breakfast buffet was magnificent and the room, blissfully appointed and comfortable. Hoi An is a magical place to visit and l would happily go back there and to the hotel. A city of lanterns, restaurants, delightful walks and visits.

We booked this hotel for two nights for our trip to Hoi An. From the time we walked in the service was impeccable. The rooms were clean, beautifully fitted and comfortable. The breakfast quality was good. The location is quiet and an easy walk from the Hoi An centre. There is a gym and pools. You can also use the amenities in the main hotel. Definitely a good quality hotel to consider.

A really comfortable stay with a spacious room and en-suite. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice. The staff were extremely helpful and Anne who mainly dealt with us was very kind and gave us lots of useful information. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.
