Really liked out stay here! The staff was incredibly helpful with everything and super friendly, rooms and beds were nice and comfortable and the breakfast was also very food. Walking distance to the old town and bike rental available for 50k per day.

A beautiful location run by very nice and helpful people. Even though we arrived very early, they had our room ready early on. You can get basic breakfast (egg + bread) at a fair price. The location is a little bit off the tourist paths. There are some facilities around and the old town is walkable within 15 minutes, but it's not a central, vibrant area.

Had an excellent stay at this lovely hotel. Rooms were very nicely decorated, location was brilliant and the facilities were very good. The staff were exceptionally friendly and gave us a list of good places to see and eat at. Would definitely return if I go back to How An.

Super cozy hotel with a great atmosphere and a "soul", conveniently located at walking distance from the old town of Hoi An. Brick walls, wood and a perfect design make the place warm and welcoming. Kindness and support by staff are simply amazing. This is definitely the place where to stay in Hoi An.

Del hotel no puedo hablar, pero me molesta que un hotel pensado para turistas, te tengas que descalzar para entrar. Sólo fuimos a cenar y la experiencia nefasta. Pedimos dos pizzas, cerveza y una botella de agua. Primero nos traen la cerveza, después de más de 40 minutos nos traen las pizzas, que fueron muy majos, pero no había por donde comerla, estaban quemadas y la amalgama de ingredientes y la pinta que tenían no invitaban a comerlas. Al final tras otro rato, les recuerdo lo del agua y nos traen una botella caliente y dos vasos fríos, claro, para beber ese agua con el calor que hacía dentro, sin aire acondicionado, pues una auténtica tortura de Halloween. No sé cómo será el hotel, pero desde luego pizzas no tienen absolutamente ni idea de lo que es una pizza. También tengo que destacar el trato, que fueron muy atentos y simpáticos, sino desde luego me hubiera ido a los 20 minutos de espera. Igual para el alojamiento está bien, pero para comer, no lo recomiendo por nada del mundo. Una pena no colgar foto, porque las pizzas hacían honor a Halloween.

El trato de las recepcionistas es excelente te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en casa son muy atentas y detallistas. En nuestro caso íbamos de luna de miel y nos pusieron una habitación mucho mejor que la que habíamos contratado. Ubicación muy buena para poder disfrutar de Hoi An.
