All liked it! Family hotel, good location, breakfast. A nice bonus is free bicycle rental, we used it several times, it really helped. The distance of the hotel is good, close to the center. Thank you!

you can easily access to the Siam and there are some cafes and convience store near the hostel! the staff was also friendly!

I was worried because there were no reviews, but it was the best choice during my trip to Da Nang.
1. The owner is very friendly and provides good guidance in English about places to visit nearby. Speak English well.
2. Free bicycle rental service is good.
3. The breakfast was delicious, like a home-cooked meal (I highly recommend the banh mi).
4. The location is also great. Go out and walk for about 10 minutes to reach Old Town. Other hotels in the old town are too noisy.
But this hotel had a good location and was quiet.
I really hope you go there.

The good: The charme of a home stay. Spacious room with a balcony. Location not very central but was interesting for us to see a bit more of Hoi An. The bad: Room very basic and the bathroom didn't' provide much privacy behind the partially frosted glass. Also when showering the entire bathroom was flooded. Breakfast was homemade but very basic. Transfer to Da Nang airport had a fair price but the owner used our transfer to get their car fixed so a bit odd we still had to pay the full price.
