very great location for hoi an night life.
lantern boat ride on evening before sunset is right moment. this hotel is next to lanterns boat area, a min walk away.
old town is just 3minutes walks only.

Hoi An seems to be bustling and busy with locals and tourists alike. It was nice to be staying close by so getting back was super convenient, yet not too noisy. Walking distance to many massage places, night market, and Japanese bridge. Thuy was super warm and helpful to us throughout our stay, helping us with activity bookings and places to recommend checking out. Overall good value :)

It is good for solo travel as well as friends or lovers.
The kindness of the lady boss and staff made me smile.
Best of all, it's very close to the night market, so it's great to enjoy.

Location near the old town The staff and owner are friendly. but stuck at the narrow entrance, like a people's house And the room is not very clean, there is a lot of dust. The bed is not clean, the air conditioner is not cold, but overall provides good service. There is a car reservation service. Book a tour

The riverside bars and cafés opposite the heritage old town of Hoi An go beyond the acceptable noise levels at night: this is a matter for the local residents and politicians to address urgently.Where ever you stay in this wonderful historical town. However -The location of this homestay is perfect: 200 m from the river! The bedroom was on the 3 rd floor, spacious and super comfortable and clean. It felt more like a little hotel and Mme Thui made everything to help us organise trips or station pick up. Friendly atmosphere, very good breakfast options, I recommend this place - there's plenty of homestays around but this one is exceptional, book ahead.

We had a great stay at Uyen! The bedrooms are cleaned daily with made beds and fresh towels, bottle water. The breakfast is fruit platter with eggs/omlette and bread or noodles The location is great for the night market however we did find it too busy for us and preferred going for dinner / drinks on the other side of the bridge in the old town The Homestay is set back from the main ***** though so you don’t hear any of the noise Very friendly hosts! Very helpful :) Would definitely recommend
