Great Homestay, really local to old street, really clean and has all the amenities.

The room is very clean and spacious. Although the B&B is small, it has everything you need. There is also an indoor swimming pool on the first floor. When you check in, the owner of the B&B will give you a map and inform you of the transportation and travel routes.

It is a cost-effective B&B in Hoi An. It is located in a small alley and has several rooms. We booked a large room with a balcony. It is actually a room next to the large terrace on the first floor. It is very large.
There are a lot of crooked nuts, and the front desk's English is good. My plastic English is completely adequate, haha. You cannot exchange RMB for Vietnamese Dong at the front desk, but you can use US dollars. There are many places in Hoi An Ancient Town where you can exchange RMB for Vietnamese dong.

Nu Ni homestay is your home away from home. Welcoming staff and owners are there to assist with any needs or suggestions. Walking distance to old town and bike hire on site this gem is a welcome treat. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. The home is well looked after and has a lot of space to relax and read. Comfy but firm beds with good linen makes for a great stay.

Great homestay. My GF and I stayed here for 6 nights and they were so helpful. As soon as we arrived and checked in, the host sat us down and told us about all the places we could potentially visit during our stay. The homestay itself was right in the centre so it was very easy to get to the ancient town and was only a 15-20 min cycle to An Bang Beach. Would deffo stay here again if ever we are back in Hoi an

Friendly and helpful staffs.
Property is clean. Its in a corner, in a narrow street, off the main road so was abit difficult to find.
Location is good. Close to local cafe, bars and eating places and very close walk to Hoi An old town.

One of the best hotels weve stayed during our southeast asia trip (6 months in). Very spacious clean and comfortable beds. The staff is so friendly and helpful with tours and booking. It is a couple minutes walk to old town and so convenient in the location. They arranged our airport pickup which was a reasonable rate and met us on the street since we probably would have been confused on arrival if we didnt know the hotel is down a little path from the street. We rented bicycles and did laundry and breakfast was delicious. It was nice that the pool was indoors to get a break from the sun. Cant recommend this hotel enough I believe it is the best in the area especially for the price

I can confidently say that Nu Ni Homestay is the top accommodation choice in Vietnam. Despite being a 1-star hotel, it outshines the 3 and 4-star hotels I stayed at during my trip. The rooms are immaculate, with well-placed furnishings and a clean bathroom. The balcony adds an extra touch of charm. I highly recommend staying here, even if it's just for a day, to experience its excellence firsthand. Additionally, the owner arranged a car hire for us to the airport at a reasonable price of 320k. It made our transportation seamless and convenient. A friendly tip for fellow travelers: When planning your trip to Vietnam, consider purchasing your desired items in Hanoi and Hoi An. The prices in Ho Chi Minh City tend to be double, so you can save significantly by shopping elsewhere. Don't miss out on the Nu Ni Homestay experience—it's a true hidden gem!
