Friendly owner, very good location, quiet at night. But cleanliness really need to be improved. The water boiler inside rusty stained, some place quite dusty. no waste bin inside room. Overall for one night stay still ok, location is plus point.

Really nice hotel in the center of town but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are large and get plenty of light from big windows or balconies. The bed was very comfortable. I was able to walk everywhere in town within 5 or 10 minutes.

The owner is very lovely, the whole family. Just walk a little bit, about 200 meters, and you'll find the old town and the night market. The location is very good, I highly recommend it. There's no bathroom smell, the air conditioning is cool, and the TV works fine. There's no elevator, so you might have to walk up the stairs yourself.

We stayed for one night and loved everything! The room was clean, the balcony was great, and the breakfast was decent. It's a leisurely 10-minute walk to the old town. I highly recommend it!

The location is great. Great value for money. This is my third time going to Hoi An. There is no place like this place. The night market is very close and the owner is very friendly. It's perfect except for having to climb the stairs in the kitchen and smelling cooking every time you eat. It's so pretty even if you just open the window at the accommodation.

The Covered Bridge, the night market, and the old town are all within a 10-minute walk. The view from the room was amazing, and the room with the balcony was very nice. All the rooms have automatic locks, so you can stay safely. The staff were all kind and friendly. I'll definitely use this hotel again the next time I stay in Hoi An.

I was very satisfied. They were so kind and I felt like I had a good rest even on an unfamiliar trip, as if I was back home. Recommend this place to everyone!
