Boutique Hoi An Resort

This is a very nice hotel located on the beach. It has everything that you need. For a large hotel it never felt crowded or busy and has all the services that you want. For travellers there is a great laundry service just outside the hotel $1 US per kilo. The hotel offers free shuttles to and from hotel to old quarter or taxi for $5US. Staff very attentive. Happy to stay again.

We spent 5 fabulous days at Boutique Resort. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The resort food is great. The spa is well priced and wonderful. The resort provides shuttles into HoiAn town, or it’s an easy taxi ride. We’re already planning our next holiday to Boutique Resort.

Spent 6 very enjoyable days at the Boutique Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful and are a credit to the hotel. Tuc was very informative on our arrival and made us feel very welcome. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was superb and right next to the beach. Breakfast very enjoyable. Scrambled eggs were the best!! Complementary bus shuttle to Hoi An was very good, although cost of a return taxi very cheap (around £4). Thank you for an excellent stay, looking forward to returning.

Really nice hotel in beautiful well maintained grounds. Friendly reception stall on arrival. Fantastically sized room if a little dated but a huge shower and bathroom area. Bed huge and very comfy. Beach pool and reception bars were all ok. Fab choice breakfast with egg pancake and waffle station and both eastern and western choices. Incredibly relaxing after Hanoi and central Hoi An.

We had a room in the main hotel area and there were a few signs of wear to the room but otherwise clean, although there was an overriding smell of damp, guess this is down to the humidity. Good choice of food at buffet breakfast. Plenty of sun beds either around the pool or on the beach (wind permitting). Staff were extremely helpful special mention for Mr. Phong who was great. Free shuttle bus into Hoi An old town or 120K VND in a taxi. There are some nice restaurants over the road and the massages from the locals are far cheaper than in the hotel (see other reviews). Would recommend for a nice relaxing beach holiday.

We stayed here in between our travels across Vietnam to relax for a few days. We throughly enjoyed our stay, our room was upgraded which was a lovely surprise, it was spacious and had a balcony which looked out to the sea. The breakfast had plenty of choice and catered for everyone’s choice. The pool/beach has plenty of sun beds and people don’t rush to reserve them! We had lunch at the hotel and this was great especially in the beach bar which had a relaxed vibe. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the centre of Hoi a free of charge which is a nice touch. All the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel is situated on the beach about 20 minutes outside Hoi An town. We choose this property as we wanted a place to relax after the Hussle and bussle of Hanoi and what an excellent choice. Rooms in the main building were comfortable with king size bed, fridge, tv with bbc news, aircon and a balcony. Bathroom has a large walk in shower and hair dryer along with all the free stuff that high quality hotels like this supply. Staff were very friendly and always wanted to help. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, with everything you could imagine available. Also had two guys manning an egg station. One night we attended the hotel BBQ. Which was good value for money. The spa was very good and both my wife and I had excellent treatments. Hotel runs a free shuttle bus into the town several times a day, however a taxi or grab will cost between 60K - 120K Dong so not expensive. The pool is exquisite and when we there was lovely and warm. A short walk thru the gardens gets you to the beach and you can walk both ways along the beach. Pool bar and beach bar had the same menu, which was good and varied. I must mention the laundry over the road, which washed 2 kilos of clothing for us for 60k Dong, so again, not expensive. Next to the laundry there is a couple of restaurants and a tailors. In fact Hoi An is full of tailors. I would recommend this hotel.
