Best location, intimate and cozy.

Home stay is located near the old quarter Nice quaint room Friendly family atmosphere with a good breakfast

This hotel was very nice looking and had a family run feeling to it. The older managers were very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of, providing many snacks in the lobby, and items to choose from in the room. The women was very patient and waited to make a late breakfast for me. I definitely recommend this location!

The hotel room was clean and hygienic, and the owners were very kind. It just so happened that yesterday was the Dragon Boat Festival, which is Vietnam's pest control festival, and the owner even gave us rice dumplings and fruit as gifts. It was very thoughtful, thank you! The hotel breakfast was also excellent! It was made fresh every morning! Everything was wonderful, and I will never forget this place.

Unfortunately, we weren't as enthusiastic as other guests. We stayed in room 1 for 5 nights. For 3 of those nights, the sink drain was clogged, the street was very noisy, the owners kept asking when we were checking out (no idea why), and overall the accommodation is quite dated.

Our assessment of the hotel is indicated by the fact that we returned to the villa in Hoi An for another day on our trip. Excellent breakfast, delicious. The hotel grounds are pleasant to the eye, clean. And having changed 6 hotels on the trip, I want to note the wooden floors in the rooms at the villa - this is a real pleasure for me. Thanks to the owner of the villa for helping with booking tickets for the sleeper bus, and helping with other issues. Thank you. We will be happy to return

This is a family trip Because most of the hotel rooms are made of wood So when I first entered the room, the smell was really strong. In addition, the air conditioner is very slow to cool down. If the weather is very hot, It really doesn’t feel that comfortable! Also, only the people next door are using the bathroom There will be the sound of the motor fetching water. I wonder if the store still has room for improvement? The breakfast part is not bad! It's ordered the day before and made fresh the next morning. Basically, this price is pretty good!

We had a wonderful stay, an oasis in the city. Well located, both good cycling to the old town as well as the beach. It's nice that the hotel offers free bicycles. We would love to come back😀

It's beautiful ~ a restaurant run by the owner himself. The rooms are also good. You can choose your own breakfast and the price/performance ratio is super high! ! !

Great hotel with lovely rooms. Although you can still book this hotel at several booking sites it is permanently closed ( Oct. 2025).

The Perfect Hoi An sanctuary. I have returned to this home several times. and discover new charm each time. ( including my Honeymoon 8 years ago) . Sweet extended family runs a 6-8 suite ( ?) Homestay with a charming breakfast included. Hospitality is top notch. Pool is excellent. location in stunning. Just on Edge of a neighborhood and rice fields beyond to the beach. check out this ride to the beach right out of the back of Earth Villa ! Heavon on Earth

This Villa was the perfect choice for two seniors from Canada. It far exceeded any expectations. The made to order breakfast, peaceful surroundings, beautiful pool were all fabulous. The staff (Hoa) the cook, and (Minh) security paid close attention to every detail. The highlight was the owner, Mr Chung and his wife who is a doctor, who was able to diagnose and treat my bronchitis. He suggested tours, safety tips, arranged transportation and gave all around encompassing care. We feel fortunate for having the opportunity to stay here.

What can one say, the quintessential Vietnamese experience. Home stay of the mostest. The service is great from when you arrive, this courtesy of Hua, and it just gets better We just had breakfast and need time to digest we had that much and it was delightful Pho Bo, Pho Ga, coffee, green tea, fruit.... and the joyful experience of communicating with Hua, joking as we learnt more Viet Namese and she learns English...... just the best time We just had 10 days in HCMC and Nha Trang in 5 Star and we couldn't wait to get back to the Earth Villa. We know why! Love it here, love the people love the experience.
