The phone in the room and at the front desk did not work. If there was a problem, I had to go downstairs to deal with it. It was very troublesome. The light switch in the room was blocked by the bed and could not be used. Finally, the waiter came and changed to a family room with no view at all. I was not happy with the money spent. accommodation experience.

Very good place and kind staff. Friendly atmosphere, best experienced so far during my stay in vietnam.... Happy to stay here. Recommend this place for you or your family's stay in HoiAn. It's very near to ancient city. They will guide to visit places and can make arrangements also. Spa experience was also good

Very nice and calm hotel in Hoi An. Rooms are spacious and very neat. We stayed in superior duplex room. It also has a balcony. Breakfast is tasty and good. Receptionists are very nice. Especially Ms.Yen was very caring and making sure we are good through out our stay. Overall am very much satisfied with the hotel and I’ll suggest this to anyone looking for calm and good stay in Hoi An.

I like my room. Nice and simple. It’s got village vibes outside when you stand on the balcony. It’s got a bath tub, swimming pool and even bicycles to rent for 10,000 dong per hour. You can get to the famous Thu Bon river and enjoy the boat ride with lanterns during sunset. The staff are very friendly. They always want to make sure they have your best interests at heart. I appreciate them talking to me and wanting to be more of my friend.

I and my friend went to this hotel for a night stay as part of our itinerary. Started with welcome drink and briefing about their spa services. We booked a superior room, overall pros are cleanliness, customer service, swimming pool, complimentary breakfast. Room was well lit and ventilated. Since the hotel is in outskirts view was ok and no much shops there but mini marts are nearby. For restaurant within 2km from hotel,good options are available. Checkout was also smooth Special mention to Ms. Yen who took care of us till our exit. We both have fallen sick and Yen helped us with some drink which really made us feel better. Thanks for being kind Yen!

Sitting by the beautiful swimming pool sipping a beer after an amazing day exploring ruins and beaches. Room.are.spotless , air-conditioned and staff will look after you and arrange trips taxis etc just ask Ms Yen .Breakfast buffet caters for all tastes, and the adjoining spa is fantastic
