Best hotel on Ân Bang Beach! We stay here consistently and love the area, atmosphere of the hotel, quality of the restaurant and the service.

My stay at AIRA Boutique Hoi An was great. The beach was only about a 2 minute walk away, which made it really easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The breakfast had a great variety with plenty of options to choose from each morning. All of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming, and they really made the stay enjoyable. I personally would give this place 4.5 stars. The only reason I am taking off half a star is because of the construction noise that woke me up early every morning. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Super nice location just by the beach. Two swimming pools at the hotel and the breakfast spread was just amazing. We had everything in the fridge for free refilled every day. Bottled water two beers and two sodas. Room was super clean and fresh. I got lucky with a pool view. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would love to come back again. We spent mornings at the beach and afternoon by the pool. In the street around the hotel there is all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops and spas.

Helpful staff, great location, accommodating breakfast. Rooms are a bit tired but overall decent value for money.

Had a truly amazing experience at AIRA. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome, helpful with requests. We did not make use of the hotel’s beach beds, as they had no cushions and there were not enough beds for their guests. Nearby restaurants offer cheap beach beds, so this was not a problem at all. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Home away from home. Perfect location near the beach. Very good breakfast and most important unbelievable friendly staff.

Great place!

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's a great place for friends and family to stay at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are simple but clean. The breakfast is also excellent.

We left a piece of our hearts at this hotel ♥️ A cozy, quiet, and comfortable hotel on the seafront! Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff (everyone, without exception), we received a free upgrade to a two-story family room, which was incredibly nice. Delicious breakfasts with something for every taste, everything was delicious, a large selection of fruit, you can order a hot dish from the menu, and delicious Vietnamese coffee (hot and cold). We stayed in Building 1. A comfortable, spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, very quiet in the room, several bottles of water per day per room, a refillable minibar! Luxurious bathroom with everything you need for a shower. Excellent pool with a bar. Near Building 2, on the beach, there are free sun loungers and umbrellas provided by the hotel. Beach towels are also provided. We would love to return to this hotel for a longer stay!

Very good hotel. We stayed in September 2025.

Contrary to the reservation information, the hotel wasn't located on the beach. The hotel's sunbeds didn't have shades, so I had to pay for sunbeds at another hotel. The air conditioning in the room was old and broken, so it didn't cool down, leaving me feeling hot at night. Everything else was fine.

Very quiet and comfortable accommodation. I arrived very late at night. The staff was very warm and courteous. This time I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor. It felt very spacious and the decoration was very distinctive. The environment of the breakfast restaurant is comfortable and the food tastes very good. 

We had a great stay. The location on the beach is very good, and we also used the free rental bikes several times to visit the old town of Hoi An. What should be highlighted above all is the very friendly and warm service from the employees! We can really recommend the hotel and would book it again.
