As soon as I arrived, even before I could state my name, the front desk staff already knew who I was. They swiftly processed our check-in and provided us with a map, highlighting nearby tourist attractions. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and cozy. It's also incredibly convenient, located just a short walk from both the night market and the local market! It's perfect for family travel, though the only drawback is the lack of an elevator, meaning you'll need to carry your luggage up yourself. I'll definitely book here again the next time I visit Huian.

Good hotel located on the edge of the old town. The staff were very friendly and always accommodated our requests. Very clean room and very comfortable beds. Not far from the old town and free bikes are provided. Would definitely recommend!

I love everything here, literally everything!!! It’s a perfect place to stay especially for those coming with family or big crowds as you will be enjoying hotel facilities a lot. It’s very cozy place and quiet at night and walking distance to Hoi An old town and night market.

I love my stay at Little Residence Hotel. Room is big, cozy, clean, beautiful (nice layout and decor), linens and towels smell good, bed and pillows are comfortable. AC works great! My room comes with a good size balcony. Location is only about 10 minutes walk to Ancient town & night market. Massage & spa, mini mart and laundry service across the street. Very convenient to everything! They have a free scheduled shuttle service to the beautiful beach and a free bicycle to use for hotel guest. Breakfast buffet was good! Everyday is different! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Ladies working at the front desk are very helpful, attentive and speak good english. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is outstanding - very thoughtful, friendly, attentive and helpful. The salt water pool is great to swim in it and the location is perfect, short walk to the old town, but not too hectic. The breaks fast buffet was amazing too. The only thing is, if you are not an early bird, that place is NOT for you. All rooms are towards the pool and there are A LOT of kids which are very loud from 7am onwards. Even with earplugs you will hear them as the doors to the balcony is not too isolated. So for families and early birds a great place, if you like to sleep longer than 7am, maybe look for another place as lots of families are coming there.

Nice hotel with strategic location. The beach is just across the road, nearby has a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel has its own pool, kid club, spa and restaurant. The price is reasonable and with nice ambience, breakfast has variety of choices and good of food. The highlight for us was the exceptional level of customer service. All the staff were polite, understanding and tried to help us and supply us additional bottles of water when requested. The free tea break was great and awesome service by Hotel. The restaurant waitresses are friendly and helpful.

I cannot speak highly enough of their staff. Our trip was booked thru travel agents and our stay was part of a package. Breakfast was included with our stay. And what a breakfast it was! Excellent variety.

Everything worked perfectly, which made me feel well taken care of. Final Thoughts: With its great location, spacious and clean rooms, excellent service, and thoughtful extras like free bike rentals, this hotel delivers a complete and satisfying experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is only a 5 mins walk away from the hoi an ancient town. Service staff were great as well and the rooms were big.

Wonderful hotel !! I loved it ! The room is big and very clean! My room had a balcony so it was perfect. The staff is very friendly and adorable. When you arrive Nana gives you advice: places to go, to eat etc. Bicycles are free at the hotel and you can rent a motorbike at the hotel too. The place is perfect, it is only +- 5 minutes from the old town on foot. The beach is close, +- 15 min by bike . The hotel has all the amenities. Cindy helped me book a visit to Hue a day before, a very kind person. I felt at home in this hotel. On the last day I was able to leave my suitcase at the reception and they lent me the bicycle (my flight was at night). 100% recommendable... I will book here again. Thank you Nana, Cindy and the entire hotel team for your help during my stay and for having a magnificent hotel. To the team: thanks for everything!
