Hoi An Thanh Ha Hotels

May and here team are amazing! The service was beyond expectations and the room was perfect. The shower has such great pressure and held its temperature, which has been something a lot of places in Vietnam miss. May and her staff booked motorbikes, train tickets, tours and extended our stay in the same room with no hassle to ourselves and gave us great advice for what was good to do and better skipped. Couldn't recommend more. The location is also perfect as it's an easy walk into the old town but also far enough away for it not to be too busy or noisy around the hotel itself.

Location is close to Hoi an ancient town, breakfast was a la carte with local and western options, room comes with balcony and swimming pool and gym.Quiet at night, can arrange transportation and tour at the hotel reception also, staff are nice and friendly.

Decent accommodations with inexpensive breakfast, and pool (much appreciated given the sweltering conditions). As name indicates near the waterways in old Hoi An. Japanese bridge about 5 minutes walk (600m). Nice rooms, comfortable beds, strong aircon and separate shower in bathroom. Reception gives good info and pointers/promotions to local attractions, tailor. Many options in Hoi An and this one is as good as any for the modest price.

Absolutely amazing place highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Hoi An. Free bicycle hire and cheap bike here makes it easy to move around. The family is so beautiful and helped us with whatever we needed, very easy to talk to and looked after us even when we wanted to stay longer . Will definitely be booking again when I return😁😁

The hospitality, enthusiasm, courtesy and niceness of the hotel staff. He/she treats everyone kindly. More than half of the customer base is Westerners. He can speak English, but no staff can speak Japanese. The building is new and small, but clean and large enough. The breakfast buffet is the size of the hotel, but it is adequate and everything is delicious. The menu is two days apart. The location is far from the old town of Hoi An. I use it for walking because I rented a bike for free. However, you have to be very careful to avoid accidents because it is used in rough driving of local cars and motorcycles. There is a small general store within walking distance, so you can buy drinks and desserts there. The price is reasonable, but satisfied. Repeat

Very clean and the desk is very helpful I would come again. Slight issue at the check out, we left at 5:20 am and there was no one at the desk to get back our ID, hopefully we get it back somehow.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the Maison Vy Hotel. Staff were amazing and breakfast was delicious. They let us use the pushbikes to get into town which was about 1km away. Only thing I didn’t like was the lack of a lift and our room was on the top floor. Highly recommend
