Hoi An Tan An Hotels

This is a house with rooms. They stayed for one night, the room was clean. The bathroom was a curtain instead of a door. And the walls were not up to the ceiling. Everything was heard in the toilet - it was minus, of course. In general, the rest was fine. There was a pool, looks clean, but we didn't bath. There was a teapot and a refrigerator. The room was crawling with a lizard, presumably because there was a big gap between the entrance door and the chicken.

The room is clean, spacious, fully equipped, has Netflix to watch, but the bathroom door is quite transparent. There are free bicycles to use. The service staff are good and friendly, but traveling from the old city is quite far. It is recommended to rent a motorbike.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel, couple who manages it were nice warm and very kind. It felt like a true home for the past three days! Thank you!

Can't describe how great this place is. This is the best place I have stayed in the past few years! Supermarkets and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk from the homestay. Old town and the beach are only 7 minutes’ ride. They provide free delicious breakfast and free bicycle. They also provide cheap laundry service, bus and tour booking. If you want a drink, you can order from the cafe downstairs operate from 8:00-16:00 (only accept cash payment). I try couple of drinks which both good. Clean rooms, spaceous seating area, friendly and helpful staffs which is perfect for long-term stay. Although I'm not a dog lovers but the three cute dogs made my day. I really enjoy petting them^_^ Trust me, it really worth to stay more nights at Okra. The good vibes made everyone extend their stay. If you want to meet new friends or rest well, this should be the place you are looking for!

About 2km from Hoi An ancient town, the resort is very beautiful and spacious, room rates are cheap, should experience 👍

Good price/quality ratio. Personnel is very friendly and good breakfast (which you have to choose from the menu a day prior). Didn’t use the pool on the roof, but it looked decent. Room was a bit moldy though and the AC made a lot of noise.

We had the most wonderful stay with Kieu and hope to return one day to thank her in person again for looking after us so well during our stay! We extended our stay with her as Hoi An and our stay with Kieu was so lovely ❤️

Очень хороший отель! Немного снизила рейтинг, так как ремонт в отеле был давно, вы должны это учитывать, чтобы ваши ожидания не были завышены. В остальном-чисто, тихо, добрый хозяин. Предоставляют велосипед для прогулок. Я обязательно сюда вернусь. Соотношение цена и качество -лучшее. Прекрасный недорогой вариант !

Скрипят и с трудом закрываются двери. Комната должна была быть с окном и видом на сад. В итоге хозяйка сказала, что соседи построили дом на месте сада, поэтому вида нет (но и окна нормального в комнате тоже не было, из-за чего был затхлый запах). В комнате есть вентилятор и кондиционер, не жарко. Шум днем, так как хозяева находятся дома, но это понятно, так как это не отель, а Homestay. Вайфай не очень хорошо работает, видеозвонки подвисали. Душ, как и во всей Азии, течет по всему полу ванной комнаты. На ночь закрыли калитку, пришлось в 10 вечера звонить в звонок, чтобы открыли, но может это и плюс. Наш номер включал завтрак. Выбора нет, предложили омлет либо яичница с багетом и кофе/чай, банан. Достаточно, чтобы плотно позавтракать. Прочитали в отзывах, что хозяйка дает бесплатно велосипед на прокат. Сама не предложила, но мы спросили, и она дала. Она также предоставляет мотобайки, но уже платно. После выселения хозяйка предложила также оставить чемоданы у нее, пока мы гуляем. Часто интересовалась, все ли хорошо и какие у нас планы.
