It looked really nice at the photos on ********** but reality was different. There was mess every where, the restaurant was closed and it lokked more like a construction sight. The internet was very poor and constantly on/off went down (very unstable). To take a hot shower you needed to turn on the water heater 5-10 min before. The fridge was more like a freeze -everything froze. Not somewhere I will book again and the Price was way to expensive compared to the service in general.

The accomodation is very well located close to the beach. Unfortunately, at the moment you check in you will be asked for paying extras that where supposed to be included. Also one day we caught staff going through our belongings in our very room. When asked what she is doing, we where told that this would be a regular security check which is applied to all customers. At night it gets really noisy. What a shame, could be such a beautiful place but like stated staff is not to be trusted. Would not recommend staying

Within the Holbox price range well. Pros: a few steps from the beach and Holbox letters, very friendly reception, they give beach towels. Good place. Cons: the wifi never worked, ok with your reservation why there was no air conditioning in the simple, there is no where to hang clothes. Pool a bit cloudy...

Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Certes l’hôtel est très rudimentaire et il n’y a que le strict nécessaire, on s’y attend en payant si peu cher pour l’île d’holbox. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits pour un total de 160€ à deux, ce pour quoi je mets quand même 4 étoiles. Le service est très correct et réactif. La piscine en revanche n’est pas très accueillante et en permanence à l’ombre. Le principal problème reste le bruit. L’isolation est inexistante dans les chambres (car il y a des espaces entre le sol et les portes) donc c’est très compliqué de dormir sur ce soit le soir ou le matin. Il y a des fêtes jusqu’à tard dans les alentours et le matin les gens parlent fort et le chien de l’hôtel aboie souvent. Je vous recommande donc des bouchons d’oreille

Estuvimos alojados dos noches, no esperaba más de lo que ví, el precio es la mitad de lo que valen algunos otros hoteles, pero estaba todo limpio (que para mi es lo más importante), los colchones eran cómodos. Tuvimos buena recepción, super amables siempre, tanto el personal de recepción como el de limpieza. Está ubicado a 50 metros de la playa, de las letras de Holbox.
