My girlfriend and I were bit up by bed bugs. Hotel management told me they were going to switch my room but
But then they said that’s not our protocol and told me they were going to Teri my visit booking and told me they couldn’t refund my money I had all my money tied up in this room had no where ti go this was the worst hotel everthey would switch m

I have had better experience this was my worst Stay ever. My room was horrible, outside looked like a motel and inside was disgusting and a lot of molded baseboards

The property had areas that were obviously repaired but not properly completed (not painted over repaired area, door painted over with obvious damage). The front staff was ver helpful and friendly.
Cleaning staff needs to pay attention to supplies needed in the room.

I want my money back. The property told me they were full and didn’t understand why you confirmed my Rsvn! I was left stranded‼️ l need reimbursement for Lyft expenses, refund of my credit card expense for payment of a room I never got‼️ I had to pay $599 plus tax for a substitute room after mine was cancelled!

The bed was like sleeping on concrete with a thin sheet and in a thin blanket from the 70s. Stains and all. The cable tv kept on going in and out.

from exterior prepared looks good, but from interior rooms is horrible room no smoking and I find between the bed and Cabinet life of cigarettes, blankets have the whole from the cigarettes and smell is horrible. Don’t rent this place never again.

This property is Dirty Dusty the room we had smelled like outhouse … The outside had cigarette butts everywhere.. I do not recommend anyone staying here.. This place shouldn’t even be promoted on any sites .. It’s really bad here .. Needs deep cleaned and updated badly ..

Not much around the area. If you go to Florida stay out of Holiday as it is far from any airport and you need a car to get to anywhere conveniently. The staff here was very nice but the hotel was a mess. Floors were dirty and stained, sheets had burn holes in them, boxsprings were a mess, and bed bugs all over the beds. My only positive review would be the staff as the were able to give me a refund and send me on my way.
