Be very wary of booking holiday accommodation through their website directly. Firstly it took the whole amount not the deposit and after e chasing and a period of time they eventually refunded the difference. Then when we had to cancel a few months out from the booking they charged a $32 cancellation fee (on a $200 deposit) even though the terms and conditions clearly say they will refund the full deposit this far out from the booking. My many emails and attempts to get the balance of my deposit have been ignored.
