Location was perfect hotel room was clean and staff was super friendly would come back again

The location was absolutely amazing I walk down to the beach overall I had a great time, Thank you to all Hotel staff 😀

DO NOT BOOK HERE OR ANY ASSOCIATED HOTELS. You will end up dissaponted. As in other reviews check in is hell. Asked before arrival and called after flight arrived for early check in. Was assured we could check in around 1:00 pm when we arrived no record of early check in Request. Sat around over 4 hours waiting on our Presidential Suite . Boy were we in for a surprise, we were given ROOMS that had weren't suites a room that had 2 couches as the sleeping arrangements. And finally a room that had dust and dirt in all corners and on window sills. A stove that didn't work and had a know missing. The shower leaked and toilet when flushed filled all the way to the top. You want to watch TV, well the remote didn't work and since they utilize Amazon prime you are stuck at the menu screen. The bottom of the sheets on the bed couch were rust colored from the frame of the couch so I wonder how long the sheets were actually on the bed. Did I mention the dogs guest are allowed to bring their dogs but to have other guest with big German shepards not one but 2 in the room upstairs from us when little kids are at play just isn't right. Beware of the pools we sat outside and watched the maintenance guy come service the pool. Mind you there was a ton of sand and dirt in the bottom of the pool and stuff floating on top. He used a broken pool strainer to get the stuff floating out and then emptied the garbage. I ask him was he going to clean the bottom of the pool and his reply was he put chlorine in the pool the day before. That was the final straw for me. I called Trip.com who I had booked the PRESIDENTIAL SUITE through and they called the hotel to attempt a resolution since we hadn't received a PRESIDENTIAL SUITE as booked. Whoever he spoke with said I was lying got rude with him and finally just hung up the phone on him. This Company owns 10-15 different motels clustered together and advertised as their own distinct hotels, but you never know what property you'll end up in and so what's promised online you likely won't get. Oh one more thing they have one office with 2 people working the desk at a time to process people in and out. So if you do book here expect to wait 2-5 hours to get registered in. They also try to pacify people by giving you a cheap bottle of wine and or a store credit to their market in the leasing office. The best thing about their entire operation is location to the beach. It's about a 30 second walk from any of their hotels. For the money there are much better Hotels like the St Maurice hotel that I stayed in prior that was totally booked this time. I ended up booking 2 new rooms at 2 different hotels to accommodate my families needs. I WOULD NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER BOOK OR STAY AT ANY PROPERTY ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY. We spoke with numerous other guests before we left there and EVERYONE had had similar experiences with moving to multiple rooms and having nightly small guest that you saw when you turned on the lights. I guess that's what the Raid spray we found on the toilet was to use for. I'll leave you with this, they beat you down so much trying to get into your room that you're willing to just get a bed so you can rest. If you do book do not prepay and don't sign for your room until you make them show you your room AT THE PROPERTY YOU BOOKED, and not at just any of their properties

Very convenient, full rooms, pool, close to the beach, and places to share and make friends. I had a very good experience. Next time I will return to my family with more time and with the certainty that the experience will be even better. Congratulations!

The place was in great proximity to the beach/boardwalk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay. I was there mid January and I couldn't have asked for better weather. The boardwalk was a great place to take a nice long stroll and enjoy any one of the fantastic patios or open air bars
