MISREPRESENTATION!!! Do not go here if you’re disabled or have limited mobility, because it’s not very accessible. This is a place where people live, not stay. The whole place is torn up and under construction, which wasn’t on the website, nor was the mandatory $15 parking fee. They gave me keys to a room that was the furthest away from the elevator, and when I got there, the keys didn’t work. I’m disabled., so this was a huge issue for me to make the trek back. I saw a couple on the floor below me, they rode up the elevator with me, and they were also standing outside their room with keys that didn’t work.

The cleaning and maintenance staff are extremely nice and friendly. The property is under construction, the construction starts at 8am and finishes around 5pm, it is extremely loud. There is no pool, Tiki hunt or dining area that is advertised online. There are a lot of people living in this hotel long term that are involved in illicit businesses. You cannot leave your room during the evening without being in danger. Management is rude and disrespectful towards their guests. I would not recommend this hotel.

Awful. I got a room that was “newly renovated” and it was in such poor condition I’d hate to see what a non renovated room looks like. Dirty. Unkept. Towels were musty. Tissues were soaking wet. Floor had not been mopped properly. Checked out the next day and found another place. This is a motel and not a hotel.

It is under construction. The room itself was nice however the exterior is rundown and its more of a motel. We were on the 4th floor and doors are on the outside.

The buildings are very old, scary, and in poor condition. Charged $15 for Parking. I did not like the parking charge. It is not at all worth staying in this hotel. The online pictures are very beautiful, however, the hotel is very old.

This kind of felt like a hidden gem..... until i was woken up multiple times throughout the night from someone screaming loudly outside and deliberate banging. It happened about 3 times before 5am. I really enjoyed the upgraded room despite the obvious renovating happening all around the hotel. There should be some type of security set in place to address outbursts like the one that continued to happen all night. I would stay again!
