Horrible experience. The hotel was nasty, the floors were so dirty, there were bed bugs, blood on the sheets, hair everywhere, and I couldn’t sleep.
There was an alarm that went off at 5am which is unpredictable but the staff were not helpful at all.
I asked for Lysol wipes that were behind the counter. They wouldn’t give me one, and the man said I was being rude and threw them in the trash.
Truly traumatic experience and I am waiting for a refund with the help of booking.
I don’t want any credits I just want my money back. I have bed bug bites everywhere and stranded now.

The service was excellent. All the people at the front desk and the shuttle driver, we’re very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mediocre. I liked the location, because this hotel is on the end of a road and far from any highway, so I could sleep with out having to wear earplugs, as I have to do at a lot of the other hotels in the area.

I had a delightful hotel stay! The staff was welcoming, and the front desk was efficient and friendly. The room was clean, well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel amenities exceeded my expectations, making my stay truly enjoyable. I appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and comfortable, but the whole building, room included, knew better days. A beeping sound was sounding in our room a few hours after we checked in and the staff came promptly to check, how ever by the time they arrived the beeping stopped. It started again in the middle of the night though…. Overall a good place for a one night stay in between.

We tried to contact the hotel to send us their shuttle from the airport but their phone is busy and no one pick up the phone . We ended up taking an expensive taxi for only 10 minutes ride

Very nice location. Staff was very accommodating. Hotel is somewhat dated and could use a bit of renovating but that said it was still more than adequate. Would recommend for anyone looking for an airport near the cruise port or airport.

Front desk person was very nice and kind. Room smelled of cigarettes & perfume, linens dirty, hair in bathroom. Room was very rough and scuffed. Breakfast was out of food.

The property is ok, the worker are not , we stayed there for 4 days and requested the room to be clean and new towels, never came , we ask twice still never came, I couldn’t wait to get out of there , it wasn’t all that bad , the wifi was good 😅😅
