Old but cosy hotel. Parking space outside, not always enough for the amount of guests. Hotel bar is perfect, the hotel restaurant also. Breakfast a little 'every day the same', but good enough. (If you stay for 12 nights it becomes boring)
I would reccomend this hortel.

The entrance and lounge bar area is very nice and the location is very central for Holstebro. The rooms were nice and clean. Unfortunately the receptionist was not welcoming when we arrived. We were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift, which was a challenge for my 87yr old mother. We were also disappointed with the coffee and tea offer in reception as there was no milk available. When I asked, I was told that they would first get more on Monday - this was Friday?? A shame as the reduced service level that day took the shine off our “treat” night away at a quality four star hotel.

Very tired and dated. Arrived at a 4 star city centre hotel that stopped serving food at 8pm. Just not acceptable.

Hotellet var slidt. Med huller i væge der var dækket med klistermærker. spejl der ikke var hængt op gardiner der var i stykker. Sengen var ok men betrækket var ikke lagt ordentlig på. Den ene hovedpude var i så dårlig stand Arden næste ikke var til at sove med
Receptionen var meget lidt informativ. Morgenmaden var middel
