Soap dispenser did not work and was not fixed. WiFi was not free and was very complicated to join. Desk staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful

The hotel is not too far from the pier and can be reached on foot. The hotel is clean and tidy. Overall, it is not too new, so it is quite convenient to catch the boat in the morning.

The hotel rooms are very clean, the rooms are quite large, and the check-in procedure is easy. The environment is quiet, there are fast food restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the price is quite cheap, and the price comparison is very good!

Nice & clean,quiet plus easy to find hotel, 3 mins drive from ferry port and 5 mins walk into town . Very friendly staff, perfect for our stay before we got the ferry and again on our return, will be back in tge near future, prices very good and even a breakfast box if you want one

We have just arrived at the Holyhead Travelodge & we were greeted by Nikki who was very welcoming and helpful. As we were checking in a lady arrived hoping to book a room for the night. She had travelled from London to collect her son but he had missed the ferry boat from Dublin. As all rooms were booked Nikki recognised her distress and successfully found this lady somewhere to stay for the night. How refreshing to find a hotel staff member so caring. I’m sure many would have just sent her away.

Cannot fault a holiday stay that is £35 a night. The mattress could be replaced but we slept okay. Location is part industrial estate, part residential. Street lighting bleeds into room a bit but quiet considering proximity to A55. Staff on check in were friendly, easy quick, only time we saw them. Parking has video camera on it, otherwise it does look a little susceptible due to location. Great location for South Stack, Treaddur Bay, and back onto Anglesey generally.

Good. Nice big clean room in a good location with friendly staff at the hotel. Bad. Paying for WiFi after 30 minutes. Rock hard beds. No air con and the hotel was like a sauna with all windows open, noisy environment outside due to location next to ferry and train station, rough with the smooth and all that but won’t personally stay again due to bad issues noted as the heat was unbearable and I left early and missed out on a days work due to lack of sleep.

I got the last room on the night I arrived in Holyhead. It was the best money I have ever spent on a hotel room. Such amazing value for money. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and the bedding lovely. I could hardly believe my luck. Next time I will book in advance! I am now a fan of Travelodge. Never stayed in one before, now I am hooked. The building must be well soundproofed as I never heard a noise during the night.The bathroom was very clean. There were no extra charges. All in all, I have only praise for this Travelodge. Looking forward to trying another one soon.

A basic but very clean hotel. Good bed, friendly staff. Last year I 'discovered' this hotel by accident because I missed my ferry to Dublin. I was very pleased by the clean rooms so I decided to return here when necessary. And that was March 2024. A very important bonus: it is close to railway station and ferry!
