Alas! This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, bar none! It was already past 10 PM when I checked in. 1. When I checked in, I asked at the front desk if there was running water in the room. They said it was available and could be picked up at the front desk, but I had a lot of luggage and didn't bother getting it. When I got to the room, there was no running water. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone in the room wasn't working! I had to use my cell phone to contact the hotel, but they said I had to go get it myself, which was barely tolerable. 2. When I showered that night, the water in the bathroom drained very slowly. I turned on the shower, and within seconds my feet were flooded. I contacted the front desk again, and they said the maintenance staff had gone off duty that night and would contact me. I was told to wait 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, no one contacted me. I contacted the front desk again, and they told me to wait because there were a lot of people checking in and they needed to check in first. Furthermore, they couldn't move me to another room because the room was full. He sarcastically told me that if I wanted to sleep, I could just go to bed in a dirty state without showering, and someone would come the next day to repair it. He even got rude and angry at me on the phone, saying I could move out if I didn't want to stay! 3. I clearly had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door, but the next morning at 7:00 AM, the receptionist from the previous night came banging on my door, saying they were repairing the bathroom. They woke me up abruptly. I don't understand what the Do Not Disturb sign is for! 4. Many of the basic amenities in the room were broken: the door panels were water-soaked, the phone didn't work, and so on. I hope everyone will never stay at this hotel again! I experienced this myself. Don't come, don't come, don't come!
