Haven Retreat is perfect for a quiet getaway, set amid wide lawns and stately gums, it has 2 king bedrooms, a spa bath, a lounge dining area with a full kitchen and a private deck with BBQ. Rates vary by day and season.The spaceSet on 25 acres the villa is surrounded by woodland and easy access our swimming pool.Guest accessYou are welcome to walk in the grounds and in the woodland area, being mindful of closing gates as we sometimes have cattle in the paddocks adjoining the bush. We have a small flock of Alpacas which you can approach. We also have 2 Maremma sheepdogs (Max & Mirri) on the property. They are both quite large but are very friendly to all ages.During your stayWe live in the main house on the property so we are around to greet guests and give out keys or to answer any questions that you may have. We are happy to let you have your privacy, but please feel welcome to ask us for any local recommendations.Other things to note.Our king beds can be split into two singles if required.Pets are allowed for an additional fee & security deposit. feel free to contact us before booking to see if your pet is OK to come along.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).Pet fee $25 per night ($80 min) per dog.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:We have a separate charge of $25 per night ($80 minimum) per dog that must be paid in cash on arrival along with a $100 damage deposit..About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
