A fully functional kitchin with cooker, fridgefreezer, washing machine, microwave, saucepans, crockery, and cutlery, with tea coffee and sugar available. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, sink & wc. Towels, soap, shower gel and toilet rolls are provided. You have a small hallway leading into kitchin or the bathroom.There is a large communal garden and a patio with table and chairs to use.You have 8 steps with a hand rail leading up to the main front door before entering a large reception area. It is a 5 minute walk into the historic town of Faversham where you will find the famous Shepherd Neame brewery offering tours. You have a large choice of Shepherd Neame pubs or micro pubs. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, including Mexican, Indian, Chinese, and a kebab restaurant. Faversham is historic not only for its brewery but for its fishing lakes, markets, gunpowder works, and bird watching down harty ferry. If you're into your golf, there is a golf course within a 10 minute drive away called Boughton Golf Club.
